From the moment I walked through the doors, it was clear that this property is managed with an incredible attention to detail. Here are a few highlights from my stay: Spotless Cleanliness: The entire hotel was super clean. My room was absolutely immaculate, from the crisp linens to the pristine bathroom. It’s rare to find a hotel that feels this fresh and well-kept. Property Condition: The facilities are very well-maintained. Everything from the lobby decor to the elevators and fitness areas felt updated, functional, and deeply cared for. Amazing Service: The staff truly went above and beyond. Every team member I encountered was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Excellent customer service makes such a huge difference, and the team here nails it. If you are looking for a comfortable, reliable, and genuinely pleasant place to stay, look no further. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

I had goofed on the date when making this reservation. Cordia was especially pleasant and helpful in resolving for me during check in. This Hampton is above bar vs most of the others nowadays. Very nice and clean. Definitely recommend.

My mother, sister, and I came to Charlotte for a church conference. This was our first time visiting the Charlotte area. Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Ballentine was made truly memorable because of the impeccable services we received. The hotel was clean, which made it easy for us to relax and get the rest we needed after long days at the conference. We especially want to recognize Ms. Margaret, who takes care of the breakfast. She was warm, friendly, and extremely personable. She was easy to talk to and made our entire party feel welcome and at home. Her kindness and hospitality made us feel like family. Additionally, we want to commend Mr. James at the front desk. He was absolutely outstanding from the moment we arrived. He made check in quick and easy, checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, and even provided dinner recommendations. I truly cannot imagine this hotel running as efficient without these two exceptional employees as they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. If you are visiting the Charlotte area, I highly recommend this hotel for both its accommodations and its incredible staff.

This location was just renovated. It’s beautifully located in the heart of the newly expanded Ballantyne area. Ample parking, fitness center and breakfast all Hampton Inn standards. One huge issue is during a 4 night stay they never came in my room to make my bed. One night they sent a note to all guest about the staff shortage and ok, I get it, but the rest of the stay is what concerns me. I called the front desk and spoke to Jose and he said maybe I had the DND on my door… which I didn’t. We left the room each morning by 8:00am. One morning I passed housekeeping in the hallway and said good morning!! They worked, just worked on select rooms?? Not sure what that was about. This location clearly needs HQ to pay them a visit.

As a frequent guest, I am always impressed by the beautifully renovated Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte/Ballantyne. The modern, clean rooms and prime location make it my top choice. I have to highlight three incredible staff members who always go above and beyond. Jose- Always greeting me with a smile; your hospitality is unmatched. Martha - thank you for the tasty breakfast and keeping the dining area spotless. Also, Kwadwo, whom I met today. Another great addition to the front Looking forward to my next visit!

Stayed 4 nights for work. Amenities were great. Nice quiet rooms. Cordia was fantastic and made sure I had everything I needed.

Excellent choice! Why can't all my travel hotels be this clean and well-appointed? And breakfast was very good, too. Bacon, home fries, egg white omelets and more.

We stayed here for the Pop Warner football tournament and it was a great location. Rooms were nice and clean. Also there was a lot to do in close proximity. Will stay again.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn Ballantyne Tuesday (10/28 )and had a great experience. The manager, Katherine handled an issue with the greatest of ease and is a wonderful property manager... Thank You! Also, I usually don't participate in hotel free breakfast due to quality, variety and cleanliness - but Martha has the breakfast program rocking! Variety was great, quality and freshness of the breakfast options was wonderful and it was sooo clean. She was welcoming to the patrons and got everyone's day off to a great start. Thanks to all the staff!
