I had an absolutely wonderful experience checking in at the Hilton Charlotte Airport, and Sydney at the front desk deserves special recognition. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. After a long and stressful travel day, Sydney’s attitude genuinely made a difference. She made the entire check-in process easy, took the time to make sure I was taken care of, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another person checking in. Her warmth and level of customer service are exactly what you hope to experience at a Hilton. Employees like Sydney are what make a hotel stay memorable. Hilton Charlotte Airport is lucky to have her, and I hope management recognizes her for the outstanding job she’s doing. Thank you, Sydney, for turning a frustrating travel day into a much better evening! I also want to recognize Rasheedah at the front desk for the wonderful service she provided during my stay. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. After an already stressful day of traveling, having someone as welcoming and attentive as Rasheedah made a huge difference. She was patient, personable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great experience. Between Rasheedah, Sydney, and John, the service at the Hilton Charlotte Airport has been exceptional. Rasheda is another great example of the kind of hospitality that makes you want to return. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. Great location with easy access to nearby attractions. Excellent value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again

We were only in town for one night, and our flight the next day wasn't until 4:00 p.m. Tony at the front desk kindly let us stay a few extra hours so we didn't have to spend so much time waiting at the airport. He didn't hesitate or ask any questions—just provided outstanding customer service with a great attitude. We really appreciated his kindness and hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

I looked for a Hilton Hotel near the Charlotte Airport, for both when I arrived and before I flew home. The Hilton was a great place to stay at. The rooms that I booked for me and my traveling companions were great, quite comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast service before we went off on our travels, on June 16th and 19th; and I was glad to enjoy the Hilton HHonors Evening Reception on June 18th. I want to recognize 3 Employees who gave great service: 1. Miguel, at the restaurant, the morning of June 16th. He was terrific, quite caring, terrific personality, when attending to my partner and our friend Vivian. 2. Rina, both at the Evening Reception, on June 18th, then at breakfast on June 19th. She was a wonderful hostess on the 18th, handling the Evening Reception (for HHonors members), then at the downstairs morning breakfast. My partner Chris, our friend Vivian, and myself were thankful that she waited on us and attended to our table, for coffee and water. 3. Sarah, who worked the Front Desk during the afternoon and evening of June 18th. She was great in assisting in making extra keys for our rooms, and assisting me by making sure I had complimentary water, and with questions about mailing services, and where I could go to, to make sure my rental car was full before I turned it in. Sarah did her job, perfectly.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I had actually made a mistake when booking the room which they quickly and graciously resolved for me. The room was very clean and spacious. The whole facility was well maintained and beautiful. The most comfortable furniture and bedding of any hotel I have stayed at. Plenty of amenities. The airport shuttle service is prompt and professional. Great value for price. Wonderful experience overall.

Wonderful hotel and experience! Anthony at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. Room was perfect. Carleigh are restaurant was super sweet and catered to my specific order. Definitely would stay here again. Shuttle to airport 24 hours around the clock was a huge plus.

I had an excellent six-week business stay at the Hilton Charlotte Airport. The hotel was comfortable and convenient, and I dined regularly at the hotel restaurant. The food was consistently very good, but what stood out most was the staff. Everyone took great care of me and was always friendly, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Rebecca, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay. She gave me great recommendations on places to visit and helped me plan my weekend activities, which made my time in Charlotte much more enjoyable. Overall, I truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

This hotel is top notch! Mr.Jeff the shuttle driver was absolutely amazing! He took our luggage up and told us all about the area and even took us to lunch at a good spot. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Then there was Dustin at the bar who was absolutely amazing as well. He interacts with guests and is a great conversationalist! Top notch hotel! We will be back!

I arrived here after my first flight delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight. The staff were friendly, informative and worked quickly to check me in. The rooms were clean. Mr. Jeff was my shuttle driver to the airport and he was exceptional! He made me feel safe because he drove with caution and precision and he was informative when directing me through the airport. I had a pleasant experience with the hotel as well as their staff.

The absolute best place I’ve stayed at for layover flight. The room for the wellness is absolutely perfect. The food was so good. And Dustin, our bartender was exceptional. The drinks were top-notch. There weren’t overbearing with alcohol. The right mixture and the food came out in a very timely manner shout out to the chef. Hilton has become one of my favorite hotels. Specifically this one will definitely use this as a layover going forward highly recommend.
