I booked this room for a friend's graduation weekend. When we got to our room for the evening the bathroom was dirty (mold, hair, & dirt in the shower) i texted the number the staff messaged me from and i sent a message through my hilton app with photos. As a hilton honors member ive never experienced such a disgusting bathroom. Then because we couldn't shower in a clean space we just wanted to go to bed. as soon as i pull the sheet back and get in there are stains revealed on the bedding. Once again i took pics, sent it to the staff at the number they texted me at. No response from the number hilton staff texted me from even though they specifically told us to text them if we needed anything, again. We had to call the front desk & we explained the situations. They sent up more sheets ( no comforter) but didn't do anything to address or even acknowledge the dirty bathroom. When we woke up once again we reached out to them to express concerns about the bathroom. I even sent them pics of the very obviously disgusting shower Finally we were able to get moved from our initial dirty room to another one. After that we went to drop our old keycard off and one of the front desk staff who had no clue what we had gone through the previous evening questioned her colleague about why we moved rooms. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she made it seem like we were the issue. She asked why didn't anyone just go clean the bathroom, he let her know we had reported stained sheets as well. I didn't appreciate that because if the staff are not making sure the rooms are clean before giving out keys don't be rude when guest report back that things are filthy. This was a horrid experience at this hilton location and i would not recommend people stay here because the service is poor and so is the cleaning. It does not meet the standard and the staff don't seem to be committed to quality or consideration for guest.
The hotel does disappoint. It is clean and very well kept. The parking lot is vast and well lit to be scanned by thier myriad of cameras. Checking in was very pleasant and Kim was an absolute goddess!! She was warm, kind and amazingly helpful! My room was very clean and the bed was perfectly firm and comfortable. I definitely recommend this location and agree with the previous reviews!!
Working the snow storm of 2026 and these guys went above and beyond to accommodate our crews, even at the last minute. Maybe unconventional, but they offer the best hotel shower ever. Great water pressure, water gets and stays hot, and welcoming when you’re frozen to the bone! Rooms are clean, employees are helpful and friendly, breakfast hit the spot too. Love this hotel and staff, especially Melanie. We had to move our reservations from a nearby hotel that was in rough shape. This one has new and fresh rooms, a huge mall (North Lake) down the road, and lots of nearby restaurants. Highly recommend!
Check in desk was helpful, polite and professional as well. Room was comfortable upon entering. Restroom was clean and not funky smelling. Room was clean smelling too. Plenty of parking all around it. Trailers have Room around the back side.
The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was also clean. Did not need service during my stay but the front desk personnel seemed nice. The lobby area was nice and bright and that area was very clean as well.
The hotel is clean and well cared for, but, there were plenty of details that were missed in our room. The shower curtain was missing its liner and both the conditioner and body wash bottles were empty. If hotels are going to use the big bottles, they need to keep them serviced.
While I was grateful for the last minute accommodations, this room was not clean. The shower was dirty, there was hair on the walls and a dirty wash cloth was still in there. The bathroom floor had a bunch of hair on it. There were fingernail (and maybe toenail) clippings on both the tile floor and the carpet area. It was too late to change rooms, and I needed to go to sleep. But I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. When we told the front desk, all we got was a "I'm sorry" as they proceeded to charge our card for checkout. While the staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good, this was just a disappointing experience compared to our normal Hampton Inn experience.
Wow. This hotel is now in our top 3 spots to stay when we visit this area. No doubt. We had a great visit here and can't wait to come back. Many thanks to the staff for helping to make our stay an enjoyable one and for keeping the property so well-maintained! Looking forward to seeing all of you again, soon! Oh, and the suites are off the hook. Great sizes and open floor plans made it an awesome space for our little family to stretch out and relax during our visit.
Very clean hotel and fantastic service. I was nervous about my room being on the first floor but the front desk manager was able to help me switch to a room on the third floor instead at check-in. She listened to my concerns and helped me to feel comfortable staying at the hotel. I felt very safe and got a great nights sleep. It was nice to be able to wake up and have breakfast at the hotel in the morning. The spread was great and there were a lot of options to choose from for a meal. Would definitely stay here again.
