I must say, this place surprised me. I didn’t expect this level of cleanliness and care at such a reasonable place to stay. Sorry, I just didn’t. Sandy, the front desk clerk was very polite and professional. The staff was very nice and on point, the free breakfast was very suitable. The room was spacious and the bathroom very clean. The bed was very comfortable. This just proves with a little due diligence, you don’t have to break your wallet! Will try again when in town!

I have stated here for many nights and for the price it is the best! The staff auditors, Tawanna and Chris, absolutely amazing! So nice! They make you feel welcome. And that's so important! To be made to feel welcome! Like they know you are spending your money, but you could spend it anywhere...they are happy you are spending it here! They treat you like Platinum Member means something! Why give me platinum status if it doesn't mean anything? Chris and Tawanna treat me like they respect the fact I am a platinum member! So thank you! Rooms are clean ...housekeeping does its job and the grounds are well kept and secure! Never met the manager because I had never had to ask to see one!

I booked this hotel without checking the reviews first—then read them later and got super nervous, lol. But overall, our experience was pretty good. The room wasn’t the cleanest (the floor seemed like it hadn’t been swept or mopped), but honestly, you get what you pay for. There were no signs of mold, no weird smells, and no rodents or rats, which was a big relief. We stayed in room 123, which was an exterior room—I didn’t realize that meant it opened directly outside, but it ended up being convenient since we could walk straight to our car every time.

Clean, Comfortable, and Great Service – With One Odd Detail We stayed for two nights at Quality Inn after a horrible experience elsewhere, and overall, it was a great choice. The room was spotless—no carpet, no mold—and felt freshly renovated. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and well-stocked each morning. Only downside? The rat bait boxes outside were a bit disconcerting to see in plain view, but inside the hotel was clean and pest-free. Still, we felt safe and well taken care of. Would definitely return.

Poor cleanliness, quality, inflated price, poor bed comfort, terrible lighting, noisy refrigerator, outdated inefficient hvac, virtually no flow from shower. Comfortable sheets and pillows! Ample soap, towels, paper products, ice, in room coffee, good free breakfast. Quiet corner room "suite." Chosen for proximity to medical plaza. Will not be a repeat customer. Please lower price or update. Hard to rate this a 2 star facility. Looks like primary clientele are traveling nurses and construction crews. Wishing them all well.

My wife and I were passing through, and it was a very welcoming place. From the moment we arrived, we received excellent service from Maria and Angela. The rooms surprised me because it's rare to find a clean place with excellent service. I highly recommend it. By the way, the breakfast was very appetizing, as everything was fresh.

My stay was satisfied with clean rooms and comfy beds. FD lady works at night was awesome and welcoming.

Decent hotel. Nice staff. TERRIBLE breakfast… awful wifi. The exercise room does have free weights so that is awesome. It’s very clean and well maintained. Not in a great location to walk anywhere but food isn’t a far drive. Has a pool, no jacuzzi.
