I'm completely 100% satisfied with everything. I've been in a lot of places around the area and this place is by far the most professional, welcoming, and perfect in every single way. I was able to just relax and enjoy my time with my son along your wonderful staff. The managers and staff members working yesterday make me feel welcome as soon as I stepped in the building. SEQUILA smiled and said "WELCOME". Her manager TEVON next to her smiled and made me feel welcome as well. SHARON another wonderful staff member behind the snack counter was pleasant to talk to. Definitely made me feel at ease and comfortable. Whoever is hiring the staff and doing the detail work to have a perfect team. Working for the hotel is doing a wonderful job. We have stayed at this hotel 2 times now and have to say it's a great hotel in every way. The breakfast is ??? . Pet friendly is a must since we bring our Cane Corso and he loves it too. Plenty of room for the dogs to run. The management and staff are awesome and so friendly. Thank you. Looking forward to next year at the dog show!

The room were new, nice, and clean. I've stayed in a lot of Marriot's and the mattresses at the Hyatt are amazing! If the others are like this I'm going to have to keep my eye out for Hyatt's when I travel. The staff are very friendly and always greet you and ask about your stay. The rest of the property outside of the rooms also seems to be kept up very nicely. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had the most wonderful stay! We were greeted at check in by Mr. Brown who was so kind and made sure to make an accessible room available to us (even though none were available at booking). The entire hotel was spacious and so clean. The young man who works in the lobby was cleaning every day and was always so courteous to ensure I didn't slip when pushing my daughter's wheelchair. Everyone greeted my daughter and she felt so special on this birthday trip! The manager checked in with us daily to ensure our accessibile parking needs were met while they resurfaced their parking lot. The two front desk ladies were so sweet and would even help with the elevator when we were carrying our breakfast upstairs. I honestly cannot say enough about the amazing staff! Our room was so spacious and clean and met all our needs. Plenty of room for the additional medical equipment we needed! We had a clear view of the parking lot (which is very well lit and monitored) which also gave extra piece of mind. Security was great. You can only enter with your room key during certain times! And there was additional security late at night! Breakfast was available later than most (10 am) and was delicious and had different hot options daily! Great shopping and food right nearby. We will be staying again! Thank you so much for making the stay fantastic for a special weekend with my daughter!

Came to town for a concert and stayed here for 2 days and 2 nights. Staff was great and friendly and always smiling and greeting as you come in or out. We rented a King room and it was very clean and smelled wonderful. Very comfortable bed and very clean linens. Breakfast was wonderful and they had a huge spread of almost everything you could want or need! Also the whole place was very quiet!

Great stay. Comfortable beds and super nice staff. Decent breakfast spread! We really appreciated Deborah and Rufus at the front desk! They are sweet and helpful!

Title: Disappointed with my stay and billing experience I booked a room at Hyatt Place Charlotte/University Research Park for 4-6, but my travel plans were derailed by car trouble, which delayed my arrival. I finally made it to the hotel on the morning of the 5th around 8:00 AM, only to be told that my room had been canceled and that there was no accommodation or remedy offered. Key issues: Late cancellation without a workable alternative: Despite arriving early and explaining the delay, there was no attempt to rebook or offer a reasonable solution. Billing and refunds: I paid for 2 days, but the hotel did not provide a refund or credit for the canceled portion of my stay. Customer service: I did not receive any actionable help or a satisfactory explanation about why the room was canceled or how the staff planned to address the situation moving forward. Impact: I ended up without a place to stay and out the money I paid. The experience left me hesitant to book this location again. Suggestions for the hotel: Improve communication when cancellations occur, and offer clear options (reschedule, alternative nearby properties, or partial refunds/credits). Ensure staff can authorize accommodations or provide a swift remedy for guests who arrive after a cancellation. Review billing practices to prevent non-consumable charges when a stay is disrupted due to hotel-side decisions or overbooking. I’m sharing this to help future guests set expectations and for the hotel to address these gaps. At this time, I will not be booking this Hyatt Place location again unless there are noticeable improvements in handling cancellations, guest communication, and refunds.

The team here was so kind and helpful. They meant all our needs. Ms Deborah and Ms Janet as well as Tammy and their District Manager Deidra. They should do a master class on hospitality . If you are looking for an amazing hotel, give them a try, you will not be disappointed.??????????

We have stayed here twice in the last month. I am a Hyatt member and typical only stay in Hyatts. This was undoubtedly the best Customer service we have ever received. We had no issues or concerns that warranted contacting the staff but they were proactive always asking if we needed anything and how we were doing and greeting us when we went through the lobby. And it was genuine ! The ladies ( and one gentleman) that worked the front desk are simply delightful to be around. These people truly love their jobs and providing authentic hospitality and man it shows. And they were amazing to our Lab Lucy. The hotel was also very clean. Thank you for making our stay great and yes !!! We will be back.

It was my first—and likely my last—time staying here. While the room itself was nice and clean, the constant fan-like noise and the proximity to the highway made it difficult to sleep, as the highway noise is clearly heard throughout the night. If you end up being here ask for room facing front face of the buildings to reduce the noise exposure. I also follow a gluten-free diet for medical reasons, and unfortunately the hotel did not offer any suitable options. They had no gluten-free toast, and when I asked for two simple fried eggs, my request was denied. I had to leave the hotel to find breakfast elsewhere. This was surprising, especially since other nearby hotels easily accommodate these basic dietary needs. Overall, despite the clean room, the experience was disappointing.
