The hotel was very busy when we arrived, but they still handled everything well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and QUIET at night. This is my top reason for choosing Home2suites brand. Breakfast was decent with reasonable options for everything from vegan to low carb. They even had vegan sausage patties.

Sales Manager Stephanie is very unprofessional after multiple attempts to book my group rooms and meeting space she never called me back. Attempted 4 -5 times leaving voicemail messages and message at front desk. It’s really bad when you call a place of business and the person who’s doing a bad job is the manager and there’s no one else over them to report them too ?. I’m glad that this is not my 1st experience with Hilton or I would never return. I did however, take my groups business to another hotel where their customer service and sales manager is amazing.

We do stay at Home2 Suites a lot and this one was not only really nice, but in a great location for what we were in Charlotte for, race shops mostly. It was easy to get to as we traveled around the Charlotte area. There were lots of great food choices. The breakfast was really good as it is at all the Home2 Suites we have been to. I wish I would have taken more pictures. I forgot.

Fantastic hotel! The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was very good. Vince, Bridgette, and Sidney at the front desk were wonderful! I will absolutely stay here again if I’m in the area.

We used this hotel for my son's wedding and had a room block. For some reason my 91 year old mother's room was not handicap accesible room even though she requested it when she booked and my daughter followed up with an Email and was assured it was booked as handicapped accesible. Two employees tried to fix it but said because it was booked in a block they could not change it. My daughter followed up with a phone call after the shift changed and was lucky enough to speak to Melvin who went above and beyond to get her a room with rails in the bathroom. It took a minute to work it out but Melvin made it work! We all loved the hotel. Great gym, pool, breakfast and area where we could gather and meet up. Super clean, and employees were very friendly. Bridgette texted daily to make sure everything was good and remembered our names at breakfast the next day! Cannot say enough good things about this Home2Suites location!

Stephanie has implemented some of the best customer service i have ever received. She was very attentive and helpful. Very pleased with her making our stay pleasant and comfortable after i had such a long travel on the road. Nice rooms and decent gym. Overall pretty good experience.

We stayed at this location for a couple of nights while in town for the Pop Warner Superbowl. The pool was closed, our room had stink bugs, and the TV did not work properly. They were down to ONE working elevator that was also used by housekeeping to transport their work supplies, and a couple of times, we had to wait extra-long for the cleaning crew to finish using the elevators since no one else could fit in there due to the size of the elevator and the large carts being used. We went down for breakfast right before 9 am and were told "it just ended" weird, every other place has items out until at least 10 am. Just seemed like nothing worked the way it was supposed to, and I feel they definitely have room for improvement. Not sure we would come back at this point.

Its always a great friendly experience at this hotel. The staff are nice and will do what they can to make your stay a good experience. And if your lucky you may e your visit their is threw one of the coolest dudes at a hotel I've ever came across. His name is Sidney Kennedy and I dont think I've ever seen him having a bad day always smiling and welcoming in the next guest. And he is also very knowledgeable about the area to. I'd say in 15 years of traveling this is probably my favorite hotel I've stayed in.

Great location, great staff and love the atmosphere there. Nice fitness center and laundry facilities. Talked with the GM about a couple of things and he immediately took care of it. The staff is top notch

This is the nicest pet friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They will definitely be on my radar now when I travel. Room was spacious and had everything you need refrigerator microwave kitchen, utensils, plates, glasses, mugs, coffee maker. The staff was incredible. Breakfast was excellent. I will stay here again in a heartbeat.
