This is one of my favorite Hiltons in the world! The staff here are amazing and place the guest experience above all else! From Dorothy at the front desk to Jess at the bar and Belay/Mike/Kidist serving up a delicious breakfast you can’t get better service in Charlotte!! I call it my home away from home because of these wonderful people!

This hotel is well situated and has a connecting area to the YMCA, coffee, shops and restaurants. It has a beautiful pocket park Anything else? outside. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms have plenty of storage. We would definitely stay again if we are in Charlotte.

I am home after a long weekend, being in Charlotte and supporting an event where many people are moving or considering moving into the city and were staying at this hotel. From weeks ago, planning with this hotel around parking, valet, staffing, through yesterday and being on site and interacting with the incredible staff who work here, I just wanna say thank you. Kristen is an incredible event, Director. Responsive, professional, whatever we needed, she took care of. Trey is an amazing manager. He helped me with a room mistake that was of my own making. Super warm, friendly, responsive. Leslie in the lobby, also amazing. I am embarrassed to say this, but I lost the magnet from my name tag, and Leslie let me borrow his. Are you kidding me?! Randi, the manager yesterday, was professional warm, greeted all of the guests as they came in and made her presence known that she was available and ready to serve. That was the feeling and interaction I experienced from every single staff at the hotel. Oh, Addison and his valet staff for parking were also amazing. Not a small feet to have 30 people Park, pick up a guest, and check out within a 30 minute time period. Thank you to the incredible staff at the Hilton Uptown Charlotte.

Rooms outdated and spaced out very weird but the location is great!! Amenities are within walking distance so thats a plus if you wanted to not use your car or get a uber/lyft. Food at the bar downstairs doesnt taste too good but the drinks are amazing. Staff is great !! Leslie front desk was top tier guest service. Valet team was also great, very quick with pulling my car and my husbands car. Mrs diamond was very helpful with giving directions/reccomendations for food places in that area. She also handled herself very well when another guest was not being so nice. She informed us that she was 4 months pregnant but not everyone is mindful of that. If you do stay here , please give her some GRACE. The room we stayed in was layedout weird with the toilet and tub being right next to each other , the tv couldnt be seen from the bed , my husband had to sit on the chair in the room just too see the Tv. Be mindful of what room you book as well because the view we had was towards the back looking at another building. Other than that , our stay was amazing! The location is what saved it.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Charlotte Uptown while in town for the The Millennium Tour, and I had such a great experience that I had to leave a review. From the moment I walked into the hotel, my welcome started with Nolan and it just so happened my stay ended with Nolan as well. Talk about full-circle hospitality! Nolan was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind the entire time. He made check-in smooth, answered questions with a smile, and always made sure we felt taken care of. You can tell when someone truly enjoys helping people, and Nolan definitely brings that energy. His positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made the stay even better. After a fun night out at the Millennium Tour concert, it was great coming back to such a welcoming environment. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in Uptown Charlotte, which made getting around super easy. Overall, it was an amazing stay. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Charlotte.

Everything about our experience was great. Within walking distance of the spectrum center, room was spacious and nice. I want to commend the valet staff in particular. Armaan, Jonah, James, and Tiyah were incredible!! They were prompt, polite, and took good care of us. We appreciated their communication and the conversation. Would definitely recommend!!! If we come back, we hope to run into the same friendly employees.

I had an excellent experience at the Hilton Uptown this week with every aspect of my stay, from the clean room to the dining experience and front desk. I'd like to spotlight the valet service since I interacted with them every day. The attendants were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient! They handled my vehicle with care and made the entire arrival and departure process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated Armaan kicking off each morning off on a positive note. I would absolutely use their service again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and courteous valet service.

Decent hotel in a convenient location. I love that you could access either the YMCA gym next door or Planet Fitness a few blocks away. Only downside during my stay is that the floors are laminated and not carpeted which gets extremely cold during winter. No bedroom slippers were provided either. Regardless it was a nice stay and will definitely consider this hotel again if I’m ever in Charlotte

Our recent stay at the Hilton uptown was great. Easy location clean rooms and great service. The valet was quick and always on their game with in and out access. Armaan & James had the doors waiting and waters ready as soon as we pulled up every time. Overall great establishment with great light fixtures.

My experience with the Hilton Uptown Charlotte began with Faith and ended with Nia and Kristen. It was the best customer service I have ever had with Hilton. They were very attentive to every need. They responded to every email and phone call promptly. The valet attendant Amaan was outstanding. Always smiling, courteous and prompt. Front desk staff also, express great customer service. I will recommend this Hilton to any future guest. We had a women's convention this past weekend and all of them have great reviews. No complaints. It was over 2000 women in attendance.
