We stayed 2 nights at the Omni in Charlotte, NC. It’s a lovely hotel, felt high end, and very clean. The walls are thin so we could hear our neighbors, but I don’t really know a hotel where that doesn’t happen. The only disappointing thing for me is there is no place to hang your towel in the bathroom, there is one peg on the door for 2 people to share I guess, or anyplace in the shower to put your items. We were also disappointed that our room didn’t get made up and we didn’t get fresh towels. We left our room by 10am thinking housekeeping would come by again after their first sweep. Got back late and no service. It was ok and we were fine, it just would have been nice. To end on a positive note, every single staff person from reception to bar tenders to valet, everyone was exceptional! The location cannot be beat! We were in the center of everything and could walk everywhere. We would recommend to stay here just for the location, just bring earplugs or a sound machine, and contact housekeeping on your way out to request your room get made up if you wish.

I stayed at the hotel in late July for a work trip. The location is great with many food and entertainment options with walking distance. The service was impeccable. In particular, Armaan, our valet was great. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I will be staying again.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable, the rooms were beautiful and spacious. The front desk clerk, Nolan, was extremely professional and helpful. Our valet service was quick and easy, Armaan was very personable and friendly! I would stay at this hotel again. It was very nice to be so close to the stadium and it was easy to navigate the city from here!

Read the entire review. The hotel is great! Had a nice stay and location was convenient. Clean and front desk staff were really nice. Nolan at the front desk was really helpful and friendly. Valet were busy but super friendly and took care with my car. This is my second time staying here so obviously I had a good first experience. I would stay again as long as I did not expect to use room service. We were disappointed when we ordered room service and it arrived in to go bags and boxes. This is not what you expect when you order room service and if I had known, we would have used Uber eats or doordash and gotten food from somewhere else and that was not as expensive for 'take out food'. I asked the front desk about this and did let them know they should tell people if this is what they are doing so they know what to expect. Also, wouldn't have tipped extra thinking they were going to have to come pick up the room service tray when we were finished. Also, the YMCA that is attached and for the use of hotel gifts is a total bonus if you work out. Do pay attention to their hours as this is not like most hilton hotels but this gym does have everything you need to get a good workout in on your trip.

This is one of my favorite Hiltons in the world! The staff here are amazing and place the guest experience above all else! From Dorothy at the front desk to Jess at the bar and Belay/Mike/Kidist serving up a delicious breakfast you can’t get better service in Charlotte!! I call it my home away from home because of these wonderful people!

This hotel is well situated and has a connecting area to the YMCA, coffee, shops and restaurants. It has a beautiful pocket park Anything else? outside. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms have plenty of storage. We would definitely stay again if we are in Charlotte.

I am home after a long weekend, being in Charlotte and supporting an event where many people are moving or considering moving into the city and were staying at this hotel. From weeks ago, planning with this hotel around parking, valet, staffing, through yesterday and being on site and interacting with the incredible staff who work here, I just wanna say thank you. Kristen is an incredible event, Director. Responsive, professional, whatever we needed, she took care of. Trey is an amazing manager. He helped me with a room mistake that was of my own making. Super warm, friendly, responsive. Leslie in the lobby, also amazing. I am embarrassed to say this, but I lost the magnet from my name tag, and Leslie let me borrow his. Are you kidding me?! Randi, the manager yesterday, was professional warm, greeted all of the guests as they came in and made her presence known that she was available and ready to serve. That was the feeling and interaction I experienced from every single staff at the hotel. Oh, Addison and his valet staff for parking were also amazing. Not a small feet to have 30 people Park, pick up a guest, and check out within a 30 minute time period. Thank you to the incredible staff at the Hilton Uptown Charlotte.

Rooms outdated and spaced out very weird but the location is great!! Amenities are within walking distance so thats a plus if you wanted to not use your car or get a uber/lyft. Food at the bar downstairs doesnt taste too good but the drinks are amazing. Staff is great !! Leslie front desk was top tier guest service. Valet team was also great, very quick with pulling my car and my husbands car. Mrs diamond was very helpful with giving directions/reccomendations for food places in that area. She also handled herself very well when another guest was not being so nice. She informed us that she was 4 months pregnant but not everyone is mindful of that. If you do stay here , please give her some GRACE. The room we stayed in was layedout weird with the toilet and tub being right next to each other , the tv couldnt be seen from the bed , my husband had to sit on the chair in the room just too see the Tv. Be mindful of what room you book as well because the view we had was towards the back looking at another building. Other than that , our stay was amazing! The location is what saved it.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Charlotte Uptown while in town for the The Millennium Tour, and I had such a great experience that I had to leave a review. From the moment I walked into the hotel, my welcome started with Nolan and it just so happened my stay ended with Nolan as well. Talk about full-circle hospitality! Nolan was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind the entire time. He made check-in smooth, answered questions with a smile, and always made sure we felt taken care of. You can tell when someone truly enjoys helping people, and Nolan definitely brings that energy. His positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made the stay even better. After a fun night out at the Millennium Tour concert, it was great coming back to such a welcoming environment. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in Uptown Charlotte, which made getting around super easy. Overall, it was an amazing stay. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Charlotte.

Everything about our experience was great. Within walking distance of the spectrum center, room was spacious and nice. I want to commend the valet staff in particular. Armaan, Jonah, James, and Tiyah were incredible!! They were prompt, polite, and took good care of us. We appreciated their communication and the conversation. Would definitely recommend!!! If we come back, we hope to run into the same friendly employees.
