We are each other's first loves — first kiss and everything — and we have been through more than most, including a year fighting to save our son from terminal brain cancer before losing him at thirteen years old in 2023. We actually switched to this hotel fairly last minute after reconsidering our original plans — and I am so glad we did, and it had nothing to do with the savings. The staff. Oh my goodness, the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely celebratory of us. They remembered us, went out of their way to make us feel special, and brought such thoughtful, beautiful touches to our stay that made an already emotionally significant trip feel truly extraordinary. The concierge team was incredible — and the breakfast staff matched that energy perfectly. Warm, kind, fast, considerate, and just all-around wonderful. The hotel itself was spotless. The room was modern, comfortable, and well-maintained. Every detail, right down to the design and maintenance, was clearly cared for. Great hotel, but most importantly the staff was so incredible, kind and FUN to interact with! I stayed for 4 days and every person at the front desk actually engaged, beyond welcoming, we joked around and they all made me look forward to seeing them! Every morning at breakfast Ms. Rose was very helpful a pleasure to engage with and made the mornings bright!
Stephanie and Amaranta were absolutely amazing. They were active, attentive, and consistently checking in to see if we needed another drink. You can tell they genuinely care about the customers and the overall experience. Their energy and friendliness made everything even better. Customer service was 100%. they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. I’ll definitely be back because of them!
We had breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn located in Ayrsley. Rose was our server and she was absolutely lovely. Rose was exceptionally kind and made us feel so very welcome. She was attentive to all of our needs and had a warm smile to go along with her cheerful disposition. Our overall stay was wonderful…clean and spacious room, excellent guest services, and I highly recommend the hotel. If you have breakfast, look for Rose because she’s amazing!
