We stayed here for the week and ate breakfast every morning in the hotel. Alisa was the best! She made us feel right at home with her happy demeanor and friendly personality. She was always willing and eager to help with anything we needed. And the food was great! We had a great trip and Alisa helped make that happen! ?

I would like to recognize Ms. Alisa, the Breakfast Supervisor at the Residence Inn, for providing an exceptional guest experience. Every morning she greeted not only us but all guests with a warm smile, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality that made everyone feel welcome. Ms. Alisa clearly takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to ensure the breakfast area is well-stocked, clean, and inviting. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer service truly set her apart. One of the highlights of our stay was hearing her sing while she worked. She has a wonderful singing voice that brought a cheerful and uplifting atmosphere to the breakfast area. It was a small touch that made a big difference and started each day on a positive note. Ms. Alisa is a tremendous asset to the Residence Inn. Her professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm made our stay memorable, and she deserves recognition for the outstanding job she does every day.

The location is great. I came to the town to watch a show. The staff is extremely phenomenal. The smile and energy they carry are incredible traits. The staff at the breakfast is phenomenal. Miss Alisa Smith went above and beyond to check on me and make sure that I was enjoying my breakfast. This being a solo trip, she even recommended me to take a nice cozy corner, so I could enjoy a quieter time. Highly recommended place to stay.

We love a Residence Inn, especially on NASCAR race weekend because we have a fully stocked kitchen with a large fridge! Friendly staff, great views and great breakfast. The roof bar and lobby lounge were great. Parking garage on site for self parking was easy to use. Good level of security. Great location!

I really enjoyed my stay at this Marriott. The rooms was very clean and the area was very nice. Beautiful hotel and the staff was so generous and helpful. The lady during breakfast was soooo great her name is Alisa Smith I had a rough start that morning when I came to eat breakfast she put a smile back on my face. Her energy and her spirit lifted me up . I appreciate her kindness and patience with me. Thanks again

I would like to give huge accolades to Mr. Eric Dunn, Manager of Residence Inn and AC Hotel. Considering the magnitude of responsibility for this combined property, Mr. Dunn was not only attentive to our request, but that of other guests in our immediate area. He has the respect of his staff, which I'm sure is testament to his management style and mutual respect for his employees. Mr. Dunn's professionalism and rapid response to our request is greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten. Ms. Angela Front Desk was great. Bailey the mixologist AC Lounge, best Margaritas and LimeBerry Mocktails ever. But the highlight thus far was meeting the AMAZING Ms. Alise during our breakfast experience. Ms. Alise is a ray of sunshine to this property. She has a guest first focus talent that cannot be taught. It simply exudes from within. The biscuits she made were phenomenal. Ms. Alise has a genuine ability to make the guest and the breakfast dining environment at this property warm, pleasant, and centric with class and an elegance that is purely natural. I trust Marriott corporate family knows and acknowledges the gem you have in Ms. Alise. Thank you!

The staff is extremely professional and friendly. My room was cleaned regularly without asking, and the cleaning staff kindly cleaned the dishes in the dishwasher without having to be asked. The breakfast selections were great, and Alisa would provide great service as well as a pleasant conversation. The rooftop lounge provides a great view of Uptown, and this truly was a very pleasant stay!

Rooms were spacious and clean, and location is great. Located right across the street from the basketball arena. Continental breakfast is an added bonus, which isn’t included often. One worker, Alisa, went above and beyond. She was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly.

Eric at the reception was such a lovely host. Whenever we stopped by for extension/ billing related questions , he was very helpful. Enjoys his work and it reflects in how well he does it. Alyssa at the breakfast is super helpful. So congenial and welcoming! So is the entire staff. We were here for nearly a month and it felt like home. Kudos!
