Recent guests have experienced mixed quality, ranging from an owner-verified lack of issues to reports of bed bugs and uncleanliness. While some found the facility clean and the staff accommodating, others described burn holes in bedding, rodents, and an overcharging incident involving bed bug bites.
This part of town has went terribly downhill but we didnt have any issues, even with noise here! The owner was so friendly and accommodating, would book again!
Nasty room I have bed bug bites on and was charged 150$ for a room that I didn't smoke in
It was an okay place. No complaints about rooms or front desk. The location was kinda off. But, no issues if you are in the room.
Non-smoking options downstairs. Smoking options are only upstairs. Friendly office and service people. Rooms are rented one day at a time only.
Me and my boyfriend came here for one night room smelt gross burn holes in the covers and and multiple rats running in and out then gon tell us we didn’t see it I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here .
I would have given it a 0 if I could. We were told 2 queen beds but they were 2 double beds. Burn holes in the bedspread. Sketchy area. Breakfast was a joke. Felt like we were staying at a pay by the hour hotel.
This is a small, clean, friendly place. I appreciate the bare floors instead of carpet. Microwave, spotless. Mini Coffee maker, tall mini fridge, table, dresser, bedside table, all the bathroom needs are here. Parking lot a bit messy. Front desk man was very nice.
Clean and comfortable. Everything was in good working order. No evidence of bugs. Well maintained, with some surfaces showing age. My no-smoking room had no smoke odors, but the Febreze, or sanitation cleaners, were a little strong. Very quiet on a Tuesday night, with the parking lot about half full. Definitely recommended.
I read a lot of bad reviews when I was booking this hotel, but I have to say that from my experience, I'll disagree with them all. All the complaints I read about noise at 2am, drug dealers on the parking lot and etc - none of that happened while I was there. It's definitely not the best neighborhood in Charlotte but, oh well, you're paying $60 a night, so let's be realistic. Maybe I was just lucky? Maybe! But I can definitely say it was a great experience, the room was clean and tidy, as well was the bathroom. The staff during check-in/check-out was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good. If I did have something to complain about, that would be the towels - the body ones were tiny - would barely cover half of your body. So I do think they should improve that. Nothing major though. It's a 12-15 min drive from downtown, which I found very convenient. So overall, it was everything good and I would recommend it to my friends.
