Despite initial apprehension due to negative feedback, I decided to visit this establishment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly voice that promptly lifted my spirits. The young lady, Jada, with her warm invitation, transformed my guarded demeanor into a positive one. After briefly explaining my requirements, she promptly recommended the most suitable option available that day. She even went above and beyond by walking me to the view of the room type I had requested. Unfortunately, she had a customer and I had to depart alone. The rooms were clean and pleasant, with a fresh scent emanating from the door. Overall, the experience was fantastic. I returned downstairs to congratulate Jada on her exceptional service. I will definitely be booking a stay here. It is important to remember that negative experiences should not deter us from trying new places. Often, we can find positive experiences if we are open to trying new things. Again shouts out to Jada you rock…..

I had the pleasure of receiving excellent service from Ms. Jada during my stay, she went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Her warm personality, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. She was not only helpful but also made me feel welcome and valued as a guest.

Stayed there last week and the staff were really good. Front desk agent Miss Jada was super sweet and accommodating. Had to get last minute accommodations for an emergency and I am super grateful. They even helped with my laundry. Highly recommend.

These guys are awesome! Everyone is nice and respectful. Very helpful. Rooms were clean! Front desk agents were accessible at all times. Just a great experience over all. The part that made my day was whether it was a groundsman, housekeeper, front desk clerk, or manager. Everyone was smiling!

First we after having booked a room with 2 beds we had to settle for a 1 bed room. The chair in the room was all torn up. There were no dishes, utensils or pots and they told us that there were none available. The hotel was obviously be rented out to Section 8. Where I understand some people need housing I as a full paying customer should not have to put up with the smell of marijuana and the sounds of families fighting and unknown activities going on in the parking lot. It’s apparent that my wife and I were the only ones who cleaned up after our dogs. The young lady who checked us in, who was just starting to work there was pleasant. We were very surprised at the condition of the place because we stayed in an Extended Stay in Queens, NY and were very happy that’s why we decided to try this one. It’s will be sufficed to say our next trip to Charlotte we are going back to the Hampton Inn.

I would like to give a big thank you and a appreciation to Crystal here at extended stay of America hotel I congratulate her on doing above and beyond her Call of duty I've been here for over 3 months and I have never seen her without a smile and a helpful attitude she is a 9 person who truly enjoy doing her job with no hesitation I've seen her do doubles with no complaining. I remember when my sink was stopped up because my neighbors was pouring grease down the sink I can't begin to tell you how mad I was thinking that I was going to have to wait until Monday because it was Saturday and the maintenance man don't work on the weekend well I had to go out for a minute when I came back in she looked at me and said your sink is fixed I really couldn't believe it but when I went into my room it was fixed and wiped clean one thanks for certain that two things for sure I know that whenever she's working this place will be clean she is the only one that I've seen since I've been here clean so thorough this is a pet friendly hotel and not everybody cleans behind their dog because I have seen where a dog threw up in the elevator and Miss Crystal cleaned it up with no complaints so I can say that she very humble and compassionate as well the way she do it makes me feel good and grateful when she's working you see I'm in a wheelchair and I must ride the elevator for me to get on the elevator and have my chair to roll over in some dog throw up and then track it in my room would be unethical not to mention disgusting Miss Crystal I just want to say thank you again and may God continue to bless you for all you do with no complaining nor murmuring.
