I rarely leave negative reviews, but I would not stay at this property again. On Friday, June 5th around 11:15 PM, someone repeatedly tried my room keypad, hard enough that it woke me and my young child. When I went to front desk at 1:15 am (from being woken up again by loud people in the hallway) to speak to someone, there was no one at front desk and no visable overnight security. The next morning, the security guard I spoke with was dismissive and minimized what had happened instead of taking it seriously. One woman at the front desk was kind and tried to help but overall I did not feel safe or supported by management during our stay. The keypad was seen by housekeeping and the overnight front desk person the next morning, but nothing was offered as compensation.

I’ve stayed here before with no issues but this time around was not great. The bathroom door kept getting stuck and would not open at 5 AM I called the front desk and was told someone would come. No one came so I called back at 6am and then someone finally came but only because the neighbor next to me went to the front because of the noise we had experienced that night and someone had also opened her door while she was asleep. The ladies could not get the bathroom door open either and I was informed id need to wait for some guy to come or switch rooms. I couldn’t switch they early due to my young children sleeping. By the time my oldest woke up he was the one who actually fixed the bathroom door so it could open and close properly the mechanism was messed up:/ If it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t have had access to the bathroom. Also at check in I was advised the incidental was $50 but they ended up charging my card more than that. We didn’t have a great sleep.

If you are planning to stay a couple nights its not so bad, but anything longer than that and the stay becomes frustrating. There are a serious lack of utilities here. Your microwave is situated down the hall way. Getting to the 2nd floor just to get ice is convoluted. The fitness centre is a joke which features mood lighting for some reason, WiFi is ridiculously slow. And most annoyingly is the laundry detergent requires you to download some sketchy third party app and give them money, just for $2.50 worth of laundry. Youre better off finding somewhere nextdoor.

Everything during my stay was perfect. This hotel is very clean and accommodating. It’s near the highway but nestled a perfect distance that does not cause disturbance to your stay from the traffic. I was there for two nights and I was treated with kindness by all staff. But I must say, MS. SHARON at the front desk is a GEM! She has the most amazing and welcoming spirit. She was patient with me and I witnessed her be patient and attentive to all guests she was assisting as she navigated a very busy weekend due to the hotel having traveling soccer teams present. Her level of professionalism, consideration, and kindness is rare. Thank you to all the staff but a special thank you to Ms. Sharon for being you, a radiant human being!

The room was very clean. Even the carpet and couch were spotless. But the most memorable thing about my stay was the employee, Sharon. She was there when I checked in and asked me about to visit. When I told her I was there for a competition, she hyped me up and said she wanted an update. Two days later, I walked in with my gold medals and she was there in the lobby and instantly jumped for joy and hugged me. She was genuinely happy for me and it warmed my heart so much. The next day, she left me a small goody bag and a hand written note. She is truly an amazing person let alone an amazing employee who goes above and beyond. As a full time traveler, she has been the best hotel employee I have ever met. She’s a true gem!

Let me start off by saying I’m so glad I bought Clorox wipes and my own towels. This was by far not the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. I found random hairs in the shower and on top of the desk. There were also some stains on the walls and ceiling that looked like dried up blood. The sink counters and overall decor give outdated vibes. The bed was okay at best. I hated the pillows. Rust all throughout the room. The smoke detector was pinned to the wall with packing tape. The room had a balcony, and the hotel has free parking which is a plus. The hotel faces a pretty active street, so you will definitely hear a fair amount of noise. At all times of the day and night I hear cars drag racing in the street. Definitely would not stay here again.

Great stay for our family! The room was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was nice, and it was really quiet. Quiet location off the main road and parking was easy. We had a first floor room with a balcony and that was nice to look out on. The lobby was comfortable with lots of tables and chairs. Staff was all friendly and helpful, manager Sarah was charming and welcoming.

Rooms are clean and in general hotel was nice and quiet. WiFi is extremely slow. I was unable to do any work on my laptop and it made the smart TV in the room unusable. Keep in mind if traveling for work.

Staff were very friendly, offered a complimentary fun hot chocolate bar during Christmas and rooms were spacious and clean. I would stay here again!

Had a great stay. Noelle exceeded expectations and truly made our experience.
