She made the check-in process smooth and easy, answered all my questions, and provided great customer service. Her positive attitude really made a difference in my stay. American Airlines had got me a hotel voucher and then cancelled it on me out of nowhere. I was very upset and was going to pay for a room out of my own pocket, but Suggu, Sam, Cynthia, and Eddie were able to help me out and get my room for the night which made things a lot easier for me in the long run. They were very kind, courteous, and friendly, and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for anyone passing through Charlotte as this staff goes above and beyond when it comes to helping out their guests.

Arrived late at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the friendly, helpful front desk lady Sugura (spelling is wrong sorry), check in was very fast, the hotel was VERY CLEAN,NO BUGS, NO FOWL SMELLS, very safe,very comfortable..No problems at all, she also offered to allow us to leave our vehicle there for the remainder of our trip while we flew out, for a very low cost( NOTHING HAPPENED TO IT) and they offered hotel shuttle service to the airport all hours, very prompt and the Driver named Sam was a very nice gentleman and very helpful while transporting us to and from the airport. Location is very close to the airport. This place is an example of how hospitality really should be. Sam the driver and the lady at the front desk are both exceptional kind people. Can't wait to return and stay again at this hidden gem.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

My husband and I had a hiccup with our flight and unexpectedly needed to check into a hotel, and we’re so glad we chose Comfort Inn. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Eddie assisted us, and he was very polite, professional, and welcoming during a stressful situation. HE DESERVES A RAISE!!! The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options, and the shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent — very smooth and convenient. Everything made our unexpected stay much easier and more comfortable. This was our first time here, I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again!

Stayed recently at Comfort Inn Charlotte Airport Uptown and had a great experience thanks to Cinthia. She was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive from check in to check out. Her positive attitude and strong customer service skills stood out and made the visit feel comfortable and well managed. Staff like Cinthia are a big reason guests return. Highly recommend this location based on the level of care and hospitality she provided.

The main issue with my stay was the initial front-desk experience. My room number was repeatedly announced out loud at the counter, even after I asked the teller not to do so. I was also initially placed in a room with a strong smoking smell despite requesting a non-smoking room. A second receptionist later handled the situation much more professionally and reassigned me to a better room. Breakfast options were minimal.

I had a great experience thanks to two wonderful staff members. Eddie at the front desk helped me get a room last minute and was incredibly kind, professional, and calming during a stressful moment. He made the whole process feel easy and welcoming. Sam was just as amazing. He went to pick up my Indian food and brought it straight to my room, which was so thoughtful and truly above and beyond service. Both of them showed genuine care, and it made my stay so much more comfortable. The room was also very clean! Great customer care!

Beware! I booked here for convenient park and fly shuttle service to the airport. I had to use Uber both ways instead. On check-in I was told there was no shuttle for a 6:30 AM flight. The first shuttle started at 5:30 AM. I told them I was dissatisfied and would have to book an Uber. When I came down in the morning they had gotten a shuttle driver, but they had not informed me; the Uber driver was there and I had to use him. I was assured there would be every 15 minute pickup when my 10:30 PM return flight landed. When I called at 10:30 PM, I was told I would have to wait an hour for pick-up. Again I had to use Uber to get to my car, as I still had a 3 hour drive to make. I chose Comfort Inn for the "convenient" shuttle service...never again.

Our flight was canceled, and we had to stay overnight unexpectedly. We arrived at the hotel feeling tired and unhappy, but everything changed once we checked in. Mounika at the front desk welcomed us with a genuine smile and such kindness. She helped us get a nice room, answered all our questions patiently, and handled everything with true professionalism. Her warm attitude and caring approach completely turned our experience around and helped ease our frustration. Monica truly made a difference for us, and we are very grateful. Thank you for having such a wonderful team member.

The room was ok, no blanket on the bed, just a sheet and bed cover as thin as the sheet. We were there for work for 5 nights. On Friday they were having the elevator serviced. We were on the 5th floor. One afternoon for servicing would be fine, but both elevators were out of service till we checked out. It took multiple trips up and down those flights of stairs to load up our vehicle. We travel for work and don't like to leave anything in the car. No apology, nothing. We do understand things happen, but at least put up an out of order sign. The notice of service on Friday sign remained until we checked out. Breakfast was typical hot breakfast with watery eggs, breakfast meat and waffles. Parking lot was pretty clean. There were some homeless about, but they seemed to be passing through.
