Overall, my stay was okay, but there were a few things that could be improved. At first glance, the room appeared clean, but on closer inspection it could have used a better sweep and mop. I always bring my own sheets and clean the bathroom before using it, so that gave me some peace of mind. The staff was generally nice. However, when I mentioned that I hadn't realized there was a $100 deposit/hold, the receptionist took my phone out of my hand to show me the fine print. Whether she intended it that way or not, I found that to be rude and unprofessional. It would have been better to point it out rather than take my phone. I noticed a roach in the elevator and there were some unpleasant odors in the hallways, although there were air purifiers running. Thankfully, I did not see any bugs in my room, which was my biggest concern. The complimentary breakfast was good and definitely a plus. The pool and gym were never mentioned during check-in. When I later saw the pool, it appeared green and closed, so I assumed it was unavailable due to maintenance. If that's the case, it would have been helpful to let guests know at check-in. One other thing that stood out was the number of signs throughout the property stating that the hotel was not responsible for anything that happened to guests' vehicles. While I understand the purpose of those notices, seeing them so frequently actually made me worry about my car. I ended up parking near the entrance in a well-lit area because it made me feel more secure. Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, but better housekeeping, clearer communication, and a little more attention to customer service would have made a big difference.

The Hotel staff was nice. Very pleasant. The morning and night staff. They was very helpful and friendly, didn't mind answering any questions that I had. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Bacon, eggs, sausage, waffles 2 type and 2 flavors lol. They alternate the meat options so don't think you getting both just saying. But all in all good Hotel will definitely come back again. Now the only 2 things I had a problem with was the pool was down but was told they was working on it understandable, things happen and the other was the water pressure in the shower totally need to work on that. But I would recommend if interested.

7/18/26- we booked our room over a month in advance, yet upon arrival, we still had to wait approximately 30 minutes before our room was ready & had a concert to attend. After traveling from out of state, this was not the welcome we expected. Unfortunately, our experience continued to decline throughout our stay. The level of customer service we received was extremely disappointing. We requested washcloths multiple times, but they were never delivered. I called the front desk last night and was told someone would call me back, but I never received a return call. I called again the following morning requesting washcloths, and once again, no one came. We ultimately checked out without ever receiving them. In addition to the poor customer service, there were several issues with the condition of our room: The bathroom sink was clogged. The toilet was dirty upon arrival and would barely flushed. I had to flush the toilet serval times for it to actually flush. The air conditioning was barely working and was ticking all night.(very loud and scary) The floor was noticeably dirty. The elevator was out of service during our stay. As someone who is almost five months pregnant, having the elevator unavailable created an unnecessary hardship and added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced. We chose your property expecting a comfortable and enjoyable visit, but unfortunately, it fell far below reasonable expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights was the outstanding customer service. Divine at the front desk went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. She was friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Her kindness and dedication truly made my experience even better. Exceptional employees like Divine are what keep guests coming back. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

Sent here due to a missed connecting flight with AA. Check-in/out was extremely easy and the receptionists were very kind. The hotel itself could use some maintenance. My bathroom door didn’t stay shut, there was a humidity in the air that just was uncomfortable without making the room ice cold. The cleanliness was OK, it was just enough to comfortably lay my head down for a night.

had a really smooth stay at Comfort Inn, staff was professional and welcoming from check in to check out. the room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, beds slept great, and everything was stocked and organized. the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing which made it easy to unwind after a long day. breakfast area stayed clean and the overall property looked well maintained. definitely appreciated the hospitality and would stay again when i’m back in the area ??

We stay here every time we're traveling from Florida to MA and are always greeted by a friendly accommodating front desk staff. For a budget hotel the rooms are updated and clean with very nice bathroom facility's. The free breakfast in the morning has everything rton you could possibly want from hot to cold foods. The location is fabulous because it's just minutes off the highway, so easy off and easy on. The staff go over and above for any and all your needs as well as the staff that keep the breakfast buffet stocked at all times.

She made the check-in process smooth and easy, answered all my questions, and provided great customer service. Her positive attitude really made a difference in my stay. American Airlines had got me a hotel voucher and then cancelled it on me out of nowhere. I was very upset and was going to pay for a room out of my own pocket, but Suggu, Sam, Cynthia, and Eddie were able to help me out and get my room for the night which made things a lot easier for me in the long run. They were very kind, courteous, and friendly, and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for anyone passing through Charlotte as this staff goes above and beyond when it comes to helping out their guests.

Arrived late at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the friendly, helpful front desk lady Sugura (spelling is wrong sorry), check in was very fast, the hotel was VERY CLEAN,NO BUGS, NO FOWL SMELLS, very safe,very comfortable..No problems at all, she also offered to allow us to leave our vehicle there for the remainder of our trip while we flew out, for a very low cost( NOTHING HAPPENED TO IT) and they offered hotel shuttle service to the airport all hours, very prompt and the Driver named Sam was a very nice gentleman and very helpful while transporting us to and from the airport. Location is very close to the airport. This place is an example of how hospitality really should be. Sam the driver and the lady at the front desk are both exceptional kind people. Can't wait to return and stay again at this hidden gem.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
