This was definitely not what I expected. Looks of the hotel were very deceiving. The staff was okay/decent. Upon entering our room, the room was filled with the smell of cigarettes which didn’t go away our entire stay. The bed and sofa bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The dishes in the room are outdated. They are like the pans that came out before stainless steel pans were invented. When I tried to make breakfast, the pans would burn and not cook the food.The dishes were dirty as well. The bathroom tub was stained with dirt which was gross. I had to wear my shoes in the shower I didn’t want my feet to touch the tub. The carpet was extremely dirty which ruined my socks. I forgot to mention that people actually LIVE in this hotels also. It’s a lot of traffic in and out. I will NOT be staying here again or recommend. This hotel is very filthy, poor, and outdated.

We'll, not great. I've stayed at TownPlace Suites previously and they were great. This site has a very musty smell. The carpets seem wet. The bathroom is very dirty. There is garbage all over the parking lot including broken glass. This site is more like a 2.5 star than anything. I would personally check a different location or a different brand to stay at next time.

Lisa provided exceptional customer service and was welcoming, kind, and patient with myself and my travel weary family. She was a lifesaver and was able to put all of us up in a two bedroom suite in a timely manner and accommodated our special requests! Stephanie was amazing and helped us even as we were walking out the door. She was Wonder Woman managing breakfast and the front desk by herself. I could rave more about how nice the rooms were, the staff, even the breakfast but it’s time to drive! Thank you to all the staff!

Although when I looked at the hotel it was rated at a two star but I must tell you that when I drove up on the property and was greeted by Stephanie and Linda I felt like I was at a five-star hotel instead. These two ladies were remarkable for my entire stay for my seven days. Very courteous, very professiona,l very helpful, very resourceful; I could not have asked for a better. These two ladies made me feel like hi have my personal concierge; they helped me with my bags they help me load them onto the card even help me up to my room! To say the least about the customer service the hotel was one of the best that I have seen in a very long time. The room was very clean. Comfortable, and very well coming. So if you are ever in Charlotte no matter what part head over to this hotel with these amazing ladies that will give you first class service and I am sure that you will enjoy your stay just as much as I did!

I'll start with the front desk staff was very nice at check in. After that...downhill. the rooms were a good size but overall cleanliness of hallways probably a 2 and that's being nice. The room itself had its issues, bathroom doors didn't shut, refrigerator was rusted/dented and no service to the rooms. We stayed 2 nights only had enough towels for one night. Parking lot had people hanging around at all hours. Don't recommend for a family stay.

I had a Nice quiet time here and enjoyed breakfast. Beautiful rooms and kitchenette too. However there was no room cleaning services for the 3 nights spent. I called the front desk to ask and I was told we were scheduled for cleaning but it was never done. The trash bin was overflowing with trash and the room stank. If I was notified ahead, I would have taken out my trash myself. The sheets and towels were not replaced either. We slept in the same sheets and used the same towels for 3 good days!! The bath had scum ring since water didn't flow well. That's poor service for me!!!
