Hotel was beautiful with a great location and the restaurant had great food. By far though the best thing about the hotel was the staff! Everyone we encountered was pleasant and professional and helped out any way they could. Parking is a little odd and it does cost 20.00 per 24 hours but worth trying the place out.

Drazen, Daniel in valet, Jada, Kala and Tia at the front desk, and Dimitri at the Angeline’s bar all made this stay incredible! Upon landing at the airport Kala and Tia texted from the front desk and were able to arrange my room being available early. I stayed for work Tues-Thur and the unexpected room upgrade to the 17th floor and direct view of the baseball field was a pleasant surprise. Throughout the stay the whole staff checked in, in a way that added value each time and made me feel like a VIP guest. Incredible attention to detail throughout the whole stay. I’ve stayed at this location before and the level of service wasn’t as top notch as my most recent stay. Usually I like to leave the hotel to find other places to eat, but Dimitri was so welcoming I chose Angeline’s and then continued coming back because the wood fired mushroom truffle flatbread and wine selection was fantastic. Finally in the end, Drazen hailed my uber down (Ubers do have a hard time finding the entrance) and personally walked my luggage down the street so I wouldn’t lose the uber to oncoming traffic. Thank you to the whole Kimpton team and for your great spirit! I will return again in the future for another lovely stay!

I had a wonderful check-in experience at this hotel. Aniyah and Christina at the front desk were absolutely fantastic. They were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. After traveling, that kind of kindness and efficiency really stands out. They handled everything smoothly, were patient, and made me feel taken care of right away. Their positive attitudes and strong customer service skills truly set the tone for a great stay. The hotel is lucky to have team members like them representing the property. Employees like Aniyah and Christina are a big reason guests return, and they deserve recognition for the excellent service they provide.

First off, the hotel is too legit to quit! Great location and the space is sleek, clean, and modern. Also, want to give front desk props. Nolan was accommodating and his vibe is everything. Great service from Nolan at the front desk! They were great and the hotel was clean. Location was walkable to lots of restaurants, bars and the stadium. We loved the rooftop bar, although we missed the happy hour. Great views up there and they had a DJ when we went Friday/Saturday night. They also have bag storage options if you have a later flight too.

Absolutely loved our experience at the **Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel** in Charlotte! **Angeline’s** was a total standout — incredible Italian food, fresh flavors, and portions that hit just right. Every dish felt thoughtfully made and full of flavor. And let’s talk about **breakfast**… WOW. Easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Delicious, fresh, and the perfect start to the day (worth waking up early for!). The service throughout the hotel and restaurant was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the staff really cares about the guest experience. If you’re in Charlotte, Kimpton Tryon Park + Angeline’s is a must. Great food, amazing service, and all the good vibes. ???

My husband and stayed here on a Saturday night. We had tickets for a Hornets game that night and for a Panthers game on Sunday. The hotel is a perfect location to walk to both venues. The hotel looks nice outside and inside. The rooms were really clean. I'm always disappointed with the comfort of the beds and pillows considering the price you pay for a room. That's the only reason they didn't get a 5 etar. The hotel has a rooftop bar area and that was enjoyable. Overall a great experience, we would stay here again.

I want to say how impressed we were with this hotel. We travel with our dog and a lot of pet friendly hotels aren't the best. This was not the case! The hotel is very nice and very clean. From the start the valet staff were super friendly, and then the front desk staff were super welcoming as well. Overall one of the best experiences. Across the street is a nice little park and the hotel itself is central to tons of restaurants, bars and the stadium is only a block away. Can't recommend this place enough. 100% will stay here again next time I'm in Charlotte.

Super Loud outside. Forget going to bed before 2am. Terrible! Bathroom soap had black mold. They gave us a lousy $50 in room credit. Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Don’t know how this is 4.5 star. If I was young and wanted party then I can understand. Everyone outside seems to blast music and drive by revving their motor cycles.
