3 months agoGreat experience. Every member of the staff that I've come into contact with has been so pleasant. The breakfast is great. Rooms are nice & clean, with comfy beds & pillows. I'm usually a Hilton customer but after this stay, I think I may have found a new favorite.

3 months agoRoom was decent, nothing extraordinary. Housekeeping could have been better. Shower soap was in need of a refill before use, and there was no lotion. Spa wasn’t working, kitchen staff was understaffed. There was only 1 person working the bar and kitchen. I ordered two desserts and it took almost an hour to receive. Breakfast was ok, but wish there was more hot rotation variety besides just sausage, eggs, biscuits and potatoes. On the positive side, good location, staff was friendly and both checking in and out was good. I don’t know that I would stay again, but I liked the location. Unfortunately, I missed the kick back, but the popcorn was tasty :).

3 months agoDidn't stay here but stopped at the bar because Hilton across the road doesn't have food nor drinks. The food was decent (I only had a quesadilla so definitely don't take my word as the end all, be all) but Shaena, the bartender, is an absolute gem. She's a sweetheart that can hold a conversation, talk about whatever, get along with anyone, and is just plain awesome.

3 months agoEverything about my stay was excellent. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly nice and helpful. The lobby, eating area, hall, and room were spotless. I slept very comfortably and enjoyed a shower with good temp and pressure on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was nicely prepared and tasted good. The breakfast area was well tended and I wanted for nothing. I will be looking for Drury in the future.

3 months agoGreat hotel and customer service!! Super friendly staff - who also helped me locate an item we had left behind and promptly shipped it to us! Great breakfast and the bonus snacks/popcorn are a plus. Indoor/outdoor pool was awesome for the kid.

3 months agoFrom check in all of the staff were very kind and welcoming. Every member we interacted with were very courteous. Ms. Kabia and Ms. Sandra especially went out of their way to make breakfast feel joyous. They are warm and loving and really made our stay better! They were especially sweet to our baby. Drury Inn is lucky to have them!

3 months agoHad a wonderful stay here! Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, as well as the breakfast and happy hour (complimentary which was great!) All of the staff were friendly and helpful - the manager Jin went above and beyond to help us out. I'd recommend this hotel.

4 months agoMy stay at Drury Inn & Suites in Charlotte was truly a great experience from start to finish. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of fresh and satisfying options to start the day, and the included dinner was a standout bonus—especially with the two complimentary alcoholic drinks offered during dinner time. The entire hotel felt clean, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming, which made it easy to relax. I also really enjoyed the amenities, including the well-kept gym and the hot tub/pool area, which were perfect for unwinding. Overall, everything about my stay felt thoughtful and well done, and I would absolutely stay here again.

4 months agoI’ve stayed at this hotel many times and always had positive experiences. This time, I brought my dog Bentley, and shortly after arriving, he ate something right at the entrance that later made him seriously ill. Sadly, Bentley passed away. We aren’t sure exactly what caused it — it could have been something he found near the entrance, or residual cleaning supplies. Either way, it’s clear that the environment posed a risk to him. I share this review to alert other pet owners so they can take extra precautions. I hope the hotel reviews its pet care and cleaning procedures to prevent this from happening to another family. I am heartbroken over Bentley and wanted to make sure other pet owners can make fully informed decisions.

4 months agoGreat location between airport and Fort Mill SC wedding I was attending. Stayed at a Drury hotel in St. Louis and had a great experience especially the breakfast served with delicious biscuits. Had the same great experience with Charlotte Drury. Added bonus was strong water pressure when taking a shower. Heavenly!
