I could sit here all day and talk about just how good this hotel is! There were so many wonderful things about this place. It was clean, the food was good, all the equipment in the gym worked like it was should, the kids loved the pool. But, the true stars of the show and the reason all of this was possible is because of the staff. They were amazing! The front desk team attended to EVERY need we had in a timely manner even though it was a pretty busy week there. The kitchen staff had hot and fresh food during the dinner rush and they were all so kind. I hope this place understands just how special their staff is!

Never been to a Drury before, but will be back. Adel upfront was so kind and caring. We received a quick check-in so our children could go to the pool asap! We stayed in a full 2 room on 7th level. Loved how there was 2 TVs (one for kids + other for bedroom) the kids loved eating in their own space! Complimentary breakfast + dinner Q who worked the bar was fantastic as well! Everyone was so professional and ready to serve their guests! Very thoughtful hotel when traveling with kids!

I recently stayed at Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Arrowood, and overall, my stay was enjoyable. The room was amazing, clean, and comfortable, and the other employees I interacted with were very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the bartenders was very disappointing. The middle-aged black woman with the short pixie haircut who works at the bar was extremely rude and had a bad attitude toward me and my partner. While we were discussing our order, specifically the side dish that came with our burgers, she kept rolling her eyes and made us feel like we were bothering her for simply asking questions. What was frustrating was that she seemed friendly and pleasant with other customers, but her attitude toward us was completely different. It was so noticeable that when another customer asked for a side dish, we all expected her to respond the same way she had with us. Later, I went back to the bar because there was an issue with my burger order. When I asked about it, it felt like she was just making something up instead of actually addressing the mistake, so I decided to let it go. I hope management looks into this because guests should be treated with the same respect and professionalism. Other than this experience, the hotel itself was great, and the rest of the staff made the stay a positive one.

I had an extraordinary and exceptional stay at the Drury Inn and Suites Charlotte - Arrowood. The room was immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and so quiet that I never heard any outside noise during my entire stay there (3 nights). What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. I was traveling with my large, very sick German Shepherd, and the staff went completely out of their way to accommodate both of us. Their kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier, ensuring we were both comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for their pristine rooms and truly wonderful, compassionate staff! Special thanks to the following people: Jin and Manuel at the front desk, Shaena in the bar/restaurant, Florence the manager, and Craig the general manager, all of whom truly went above and beyond to look out for us during a tough time. Their kindness will not be forgotten!

It was one of the nicest hotels i've ever stayed in in the charlotte area period. I would definitely stay there again.In fact, I will only stay there for now on.When I go to the charlotte area , I was that impressed. The hotel was very clean. In fact , it had an A + rating from the State. Also, the staff, I mean all of them were nice.

Real reason I stay here is because of ADEL upfront. She’s awesome and always makes me smile. Super sweetheart! For the last 5 years I have been working in Charlotte. This is the only place I stay in Charlotte. Rooms always perfect, good bar, 5 star Happy Hour with good food and FREE drinks. Best part is the always fresh popcorn at all there locations, very good.

A wonderful place to stay. I was impressed by how clean the hotel was. The staff are very helpful and actually say hello as you walk in the lobby. My room was clean and the bed was super comfy. I slept so well. They offer a free breakfast which is made fresh and the dining area is comfortable. The parking is free and you will have no problem finding a spot. I will stay here again on my next visit and I highly recommend this hotel to all.

Our stay was fantastic from start to end! On Friday night I spoke with guest services, Ricardo, who was amazing at navigating the hotel rooms and our special needs having both pups and a handicap senior citizen in our group When we checked in we spoke with guest services, Adel, who got us all set up! The front desk was super busy and she handled it with grace, even having the guest services manager come and assist to move the line more quickly. Both the dinner and breakfast were really good and we can't wait to stay again!

Great experience. Every member of the staff that I've come into contact with has been so pleasant. The breakfast is great. Rooms are nice & clean, with comfy beds & pillows. I'm usually a Hilton customer but after this stay, I think I may have found a new favorite.

Room was decent, nothing extraordinary. Housekeeping could have been better. Shower soap was in need of a refill before use, and there was no lotion. Spa wasn’t working, kitchen staff was understaffed. There was only 1 person working the bar and kitchen. I ordered two desserts and it took almost an hour to receive. Breakfast was ok, but wish there was more hot rotation variety besides just sausage, eggs, biscuits and potatoes. On the positive side, good location, staff was friendly and both checking in and out was good. I don’t know that I would stay again, but I liked the location. Unfortunately, I missed the kick back, but the popcorn was tasty :).
