I was unexpectedly stranded here for the night due to airline travel shenanigans. Showed up late at night tired, hungry, and without my luggage. The night clerks were phenomenal--super friendly, got me checked in quickly, and gave me toiletries, water, and snacks before I even got my key. They were ready with late-night food recommendations and which stores were still open. My studio suite was comfortable, clean, well stocked, and exactly what I needed to get a few hours of sleep and to feel human again. I read this hotel was recently renovated, and it's clear they put the work in. I chose them on a whim, but if I'm ever in the area they are now my go-to. 5 minutes from the airport and a shuttle means they really can't be beat. Highly recommend!

This is my second long-term stay at the Home2 CLT Airport. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel! They have gone above and beyond for myself and my coworkers over the last five weeks. As someone who has spent literally thousands of nights in hotels, I can say that the staff here stands out among the best! Charlene at the front desk Knows myself, and each of my coworkers by name and is always so incredibly pleasant! The airport is just a couple of minutes away and there are many things to do within 15 minutes driving time. I have spent about 12 weeks here over the course of the last three years. Everything has always been wonderful. This hotel is definitely a good value for your money, especially if you’re needing a long-term stay I look forward to my next stay here.

I recently stayed at this Home2 Suites and had a great experience, especially considering the circumstances surrounding my visit. There was a significant hotel shortage in Charlotte that evening due to widespread airline disruptions, and I know the staff was dealing with an overwhelming number of travelers. Despite that, every staff member I interacted with was patient, professional, and genuinely kind. What impressed me most was the level of customer service. Shortly after I checked in, the hotel reached out via text to make sure I had everything I needed and to see if there was anything they could do to make my stay more comfortable. Anytime I called with a question, someone answered promptly and was happy to help. The airport shuttle service was also outstanding. When I called from the airport, the shuttle arrived quickly, which was greatly appreciated after a long travel day. The location is another major advantage—it's only about a quarter mile from the airport, making it much more convenient than many of the other nearby hotel options. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for an overnight stay. While there was some minor construction taking place at the property, it was not disruptive and had no impact on my experience. Overall, this was an excellent stay. The staff's professionalism, responsiveness, and customer-focused attitude turned what could have been a stressful travel situation into a very positive experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed one night with my wife and my daughter in law and grandson. Location next to the airport with a complimentary shuttle was the purpose but after waiting at the airport for over an hour when it's only a 5 minute drive away is ridiculous. Front desk excused it as a shift change. Driver said shuttle is every 30 minutes but front desk said we had to call. After 2 calls and over an hour wait it was frustrating to say the least. Grandbaby threw a fit as well! Then at the hotel the bathroom door handles of our 2 room suite (for privacy and to keep the baby sleeping) was broken, so we had to walk into their room to get to the working door. The lamp shades were broken and the sink stank of something rotten. No offers of compensation were offered when these issues were brought to the attention of the front desk. Was also $10 just to park for the night at the hotel parking lot. I'll take a better hotel and an Uber next time!

We booked to make our air travel easier. I loved the fact that they offer park and fly. It was a very comfortable bed. The downsides for me were that they have a nightlight built in the heater and the blinds didn't completely close out the street lights.

van issues. please stop van policy of going back to airport to pickup more people when you are 2 minutes fro hotel. added 15 minutes to my time. also, had 730am van for airport pre scheduled. van at 730 instead took employees of private company to company building. was informed van would be back in twenty minutes for airport. now 8:00am. Asked for Uber and hotel did pay. thank you

The room was good. The bathroom faucet was loose & the receptacle in the bathroom didn't work. Upon checking out I advised front desk of issues. Staff was friendly. I didn't like that we had to pay for parking($11 a night) considering price of room. It was not stated on website.

Perfect location for a low key night before your flight. Big and Clean room. Receptionists are helpfu, shuttle very handy. Breakfast is ok. Little shop is also very useful. Bed comfy. Can hear planes go over so not overly soundproof but didn't wake us up once asleep.

Got here earlier than expected and was pleasantly surprised that I was accommodated. The young lady at the front desk was A-mazing! I believe her name is Daneilli, she made everything simple & smooth which I really appreciated. House keeping did a great job, the room was very clean. Breakfast was awesome nothing big but delicious. Very close to Publix and a few other shops, which is also great.. will most definitely come back again.

I had missed my connecting flight due to a weather delay and ended up staying here for the night, best decision ever, comfortable beds clean. I didn't get checked in til after 2 am and unfortunately slept through breakfast time, the fantastic front desk gal(Tess) went in back and got me some food! Can't say enough about the humanity and caring nature and what that meant to me. She's such a wonderful soul and you can tell she truly loves her job in hospitality, what an angel!
