We booked to make our air travel easier. I loved the fact that they offer park and fly. It was a very comfortable bed. The downsides for me were that they have a nightlight built in the heater and the blinds didn't completely close out the street lights.

van issues. please stop van policy of going back to airport to pickup more people when you are 2 minutes fro hotel. added 15 minutes to my time. also, had 730am van for airport pre scheduled. van at 730 instead took employees of private company to company building. was informed van would be back in twenty minutes for airport. now 8:00am. Asked for Uber and hotel did pay. thank you

Perfect location for a low key night before your flight. Big and Clean room. Receptionists are helpfu, shuttle very handy. Breakfast is ok. Little shop is also very useful. Bed comfy. Can hear planes go over so not overly soundproof but didn't wake us up once asleep.

Got here earlier than expected and was pleasantly surprised that I was accommodated. The young lady at the front desk was A-mazing! I believe her name is Daneilli, she made everything simple & smooth which I really appreciated. House keeping did a great job, the room was very clean. Breakfast was awesome nothing big but delicious. Very close to Publix and a few other shops, which is also great.. will most definitely come back again.

I had missed my connecting flight due to a weather delay and ended up staying here for the night, best decision ever, comfortable beds clean. I didn't get checked in til after 2 am and unfortunately slept through breakfast time, the fantastic front desk gal(Tess) went in back and got me some food! Can't say enough about the humanity and caring nature and what that meant to me. She's such a wonderful soul and you can tell she truly loves her job in hospitality, what an angel!

Really enjoyed this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was yummy with eggs, chicken sausage. They even had egg bites like at Starbucks. The shuttle from airport is very easy. Just give them a ring before and they will come pick you up. Guy at front desk was super friendly and made for an easy checkin. We will definitely be back.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and besides the rusty disability accommodations in the shower of my room I think everything is in good shape. Appliances are nice. The bed is comfortable. The TV works well and seems new. The only downside to this location isn't fixed by the operation. It's very convenient to get to due to its close proximity to the airport, but for the same reason it is noisy every matter of minutes with airplane takeoffs. Bring ear plugs or you'll lose some sleep.

Latoya Johnson was so helpful & helped me and my children find another accommodation when our room was double booked. Really appreciate it as I had no Internet connection to book anymore & I live in the UK so I didn't know my way around but Latoya was so helpful & I'm grateful! Thank you so much & the other lady that was on the desk the following day helped with refund, can't remember her name but very helpful too. Really appreciate you both ladies??????

This was one of the most affordable Hilton options near CLT when I booked and it beats so many other Hilton properties I've stayed at recently, especially those in the Hilton Hotel and DoubleTree portfolios. The kitchenette is well stocked with kitchen tools, plates, etc. The bed is average, kind of hard, but expected for the price. The pillows were actually supportive, which is more than I can say for any other Hilton property I've stayed at all year. The layout is nice and modern, it's clean and well-maintained, and the tech amenities are decent as well. There are actually enough outlets and USB ports, and there a number of apps available on the TV. All around decent airport hotel, I'd definitely recommend it. Editing my review to add: charging $18.50 for a microwaveable Amy's dinner is insulting. You're charging Waldorf prices for microwave dinners and you don't have guests with Waldorf pockets. This is one area you can do better.

Home2Suites is our go-to hotel chain because we know what to expect - CLEAN rooms & nice facilities, great breakfast and professional, friendly staff. THIS location provided all of that and more. I called last minute and booked with Latoya. She made my life very easy after an airline nightmare. She sent Jean in the hotel van to pick me up at the airport. It took me longer than anticipated to meet him and Latoya called to make sure I was ok! As a woman traveling alone, THAT really meant a lot to me. Jean was great and gave me local info about ordering food late at night. In the morning Andre was my wonderful van driver. He gave us a little history of the Queen City that I never would have known because my stay was brief and unexpected. If everyone in Charlotte is this nice, l'll have to come back to play tourist and, of course, Home2Suites is the place I'll stay. Management: you have an amazing team in place who all deserve good things! ??
