Wonderful hotel and experience! Anthony at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. Room was perfect. Carleigh are restaurant was super sweet and catered to my specific order. Definitely would stay here again. Shuttle to airport 24 hours around the clock was a huge plus.

I had an excellent six-week business stay at the Hilton Charlotte Airport. The hotel was comfortable and convenient, and I dined regularly at the hotel restaurant. The food was consistently very good, but what stood out most was the staff. Everyone took great care of me and was always friendly, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Rebecca, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay. She gave me great recommendations on places to visit and helped me plan my weekend activities, which made my time in Charlotte much more enjoyable. Overall, I truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

This hotel is top notch! Mr.Jeff the shuttle driver was absolutely amazing! He took our luggage up and told us all about the area and even took us to lunch at a good spot. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Then there was Dustin at the bar who was absolutely amazing as well. He interacts with guests and is a great conversationalist! Top notch hotel! We will be back!

I arrived here after my first flight delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight. The staff were friendly, informative and worked quickly to check me in. The rooms were clean. Mr. Jeff was my shuttle driver to the airport and he was exceptional! He made me feel safe because he drove with caution and precision and he was informative when directing me through the airport. I had a pleasant experience with the hotel as well as their staff.

The absolute best place I’ve stayed at for layover flight. The room for the wellness is absolutely perfect. The food was so good. And Dustin, our bartender was exceptional. The drinks were top-notch. There weren’t overbearing with alcohol. The right mixture and the food came out in a very timely manner shout out to the chef. Hilton has become one of my favorite hotels. Specifically this one will definitely use this as a layover going forward highly recommend.

When we arrived at Charlotte Douglas after 24 hours of traveling, we found the hotel shuttle very easy. John was very informative and answered any questions that we had. The hotel staff were very friendly and greeted us with smiles. Our room was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone visiting Charlotte.

I was a guest Monday, February 23-28. We were treated very kindly. The room was clean and fresh smell. The gym equipment was nice but we did not use. The restaurant breakfast was good, Raqueal, was our waitress and was pleasant, attentive and made us feel like we were at her home. The line cook, Subodh made my omelette perfectly. I enjoyed my stay.

Upon our arrival, we had questions, we met Tony who was the only Customer Service Representative at the Front Desk. He answered our questions politely and he exemplifies the qualities of an excellent customer service. He was very patient and answered all questions professionally. He speaks politely and smiles with the customer. My husband and I, felt very comfortable speaking with Tony. I am a stickler and who who expects to get great customer and Tony did no disappoint us. Overall, we had a great experience dealing with him. Quality customer service is of utmost importance to any Organization to grow, be profitable and successful, Tony is an Asset.
