Blown away by the exceptional service and food. FREE buffet styled breakfast AND dinner. What hotel (other than an all-inclusive) offers both meals for FREE. We loved our stay at Drury Inn and Suites. The staff here are so welcoming and kind, rooms are clean, and location was so convenient for us to get to my husband’s testing center. Florence really made our stay above and beyond. During breakfast time she checked in on each guest to say good morning and was genuinely so sweet. On the way to bring my husband to his testing center Florence and another front desk team member waved and wished him luck with encouraging words. It was such a different experience than any other hotel I’ve been to. Having a friendly person to say hello to and chat with really is a step above. This location also includes complimentary breakfast and dinner service (both of which provide a variety of options and are very good) 2 complimentary drinks during dinner was a very nice surprise as well. They have a separate Kitchen/Bar area that you pay for food and drinks at. Drinks were great and the bartender was very sweet as well. We will definitely stay at Drury Inn for any future trips to Charlotte.

I love staying at any Drury inn. My family and I stayed here many times on our way to Disney back and forth. Always clean rooms, comfortable beds and kind hearted staff who care also delicious kick back menu with delicious adult beverages and also a free yummy breakfast.

Really like this hotel, always clean and in a good location. Breakfast is great and the nightly kick backs are awesome you can get your dinner and drinks! Plus they have popcorn in the evening!!! I stay there every month when I’m in Charlotte!!!

My hotel stay was fantastic. Thank you, Gabby, for your assistance. When I return, I would love to reserve the same room. Next time, I plan to take advantage of the indoor pool. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to do a bit of shopping nearby. Several perks were free breakfast, dinnertime snacks and drinks at 530pm kickback!

Great hotel! I will defintely stay here again. Great breakfast, along with the two free drinks in the evening and a good bar in case you're wanting a little night cap. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the gym was very adequate. The staff was very friendly and attentive to anything you needed. I will be booking this same hotel for my trip next year.

Raquel at the front desk greeted my family with warmth and kindness, allowing us to view the pool prior to booking. Jason tried to contact another location to find a suite with a sofa for us and was on hold for a while. Honestly, they were so nice, we decided to book the room even without the sofa. They serve complimentary popcorn and drinks and buffet dinner! The next morning the breakfast buffet was also complimentary and very good. I liked the veggie eggs, waffles, potatoes, and excellent buttermilk blueberry muffins. Novlette who leads the dining service was very kind and helpful and Jannel at the front desk too. Honestly the entire staff was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. I just wish the pool was heated. We tried to swim but it was just to cold. We will definitely be back! ??

a great time spending 2 night here. the staff was warm and welcoming. the room was spotless as was the rest of the property. tons of parking. the biggest plus for me was the free dinner each night. from 5:30 till 7pm. comes with two free alcohol drinks included. 100% recommend staying here and we will stay again next time we're in town

There was no fridge or microwave in room. The king sized bed in room 712 is not comfortable at all. Lots of traffic noise heard throughout the night while ATTEMPTING to sleep. Popcorn, free drinks, the kickback and free parking are extra perks(if your able to utilize any of them due to the large groups). Actual swim attire should be mandatory for the hot tubs and pool. One large group should not be able to dominate the hot tub for extended periods. Staff was pleasant but they need to speak up and offer suggestions to the rowdy guest, so that other's can enjoy their time. Large family reunion groups of people should not be allowed to over run all of the amenities. They should have their own separate space and times to congregate, leaving space for other guests to be able to enjoy themselves as well. The whole hotel should not be their event space all day and night. I paid my money, and should be able to enjoy myself. I couldn't even enjoy a drink at the hotel bar, without the large group of loud and obnoxious people appearing once again, dominating the whole space that I was in before any of them even came in there. Plenty of seats, but they choose to sit practically on top of me instead. Same thing happened at the kickback. Large family reunion groups should have their own time and space set aside for just them if the hotel is accommodating them on a regular basis.

We appreciate your wonderful customer service. To my surprise , I ran into Lori in the dining room who remembered me because I had asked her for milk at dinner time 3 months ago on my last stay in NorthLake Drury. These are employees that really make me feel appreciated. Bravo Drury Inn for your outstanding employees!
