Rooms: We chose a nice sized room. We noticed significant space that could be used better (i.e. long bathroom area but only one bathroom sink; kitchenette area could be cleaned up some and have a stove or hot plate area added but is still nice with the mircorwave and refrigerator). Service: Breakfast buffet and evening "Kickback" with drink tickets and the convenient bar and restaraunt is very nice. They also open sone of this to "unregistered guest" for a fair price. Location: The place is slightly hidden next to a mall. Nothing spectacular if looking for views but also very convenient for the purpose of our visit.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but non that check all the boxes like this one. The complimentary dinner(with 2 alcoholic beverages included) AND breakfast, was EXCEPTIONAL for a hotel service. The staffs hospitality was through the roof! Lastly, the cleanliness…I love and appreciate a comfy clean room! Thank you to all team members for the hard work and care you put in to ensuring a lovely stay. Definitely will be back again!!??

Very clean! Lots of kind, attentive staff always available to assist with anything! What i am guessing was the hotel manager, a woman with short hair, was always around checking on everyone and a genuinely kind, friendly woman (wish I would've caught her name). And then the kitchen manager (believe his name is Curtis) was SO nice!! Very personable, truly enjoyed his company and attention to detail. The dinner and breakfast were included and each were VERY good spreads with lots of options!! The mall was directly across the street. We would DEF return!!! I would give more then 5 stars if I could!! Ty staff!!

Very pleasant experience! Hotel and rooms very clean, nice, and well put together food is phenomenal. Room was much bigger than expected which was a plus, staff very friendly. Love how it was right across from the mall will stay at another Drury if available

Rooms are clean and comfortable, pool and hot tub was clean. Staff is super friendly, Keisha at the front desk was especially great and extremely helpful. She remembered us by name each time we went through the lobby and asked about our day. We will be staying here again in the future for sure.

Blown away by the exceptional service and food. FREE buffet styled breakfast AND dinner. What hotel (other than an all-inclusive) offers both meals for FREE. Every employee went above and beyond as if it was "natural" to them. The amount of diverse guests is proof this is a must hotel to stay at. We will return! Simpson Family

We loved our stay at Drury Inn and Suites. The staff here are so welcoming and kind, rooms are clean, and location was so convenient for us to get to my husband’s testing center. Florence really made our stay above and beyond. During breakfast time she checked in on each guest to say good morning and was genuinely so sweet. On the way to bring my husband to his testing center Florence and another front desk team member waved and wished him luck with encouraging words. It was such a different experience than any other hotel I’ve been to. Having a friendly person to say hello to and chat with really is a step above. This location also includes complimentary breakfast and dinner service (both of which provide a variety of options and are very good) 2 complimentary drinks during dinner was a very nice surprise as well. They have a separate Kitchen/Bar area that you pay for food and drinks at. Drinks were great and the bartender was very sweet as well. We will definitely stay at Drury Inn for any future trips to Charlotte.

I love staying at any Drury inn. My family and I stayed here many times on our way to Disney back and forth. Always clean rooms, comfortable beds and kind hearted staff who care also delicious kick back menu with delicious adult beverages and also a free yummy breakfast.

Really like this hotel, always clean and in a good location. Breakfast is great and the nightly kick backs are awesome you can get your dinner and drinks! Plus they have popcorn in the evening!!! I stay there every month when I’m in Charlotte!!!

My hotel stay was fantastic. Thank you, Gabby, for your assistance. When I return, I would love to reserve the same room. Next time, I plan to take advantage of the indoor pool. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to do a bit of shopping nearby. Several perks were free breakfast, dinnertime snacks and drinks at 530pm kickback!
