????? 10/10 Stars (If I Could!) My fiancé and I recently stayed at the Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Northlake, and we were completely blown away. We booked two rooms—one with two queen beds and another with the jacuzzi tub—and everything was phenomenal. The Rooms & Cleanliness Both nights were absolutely flawless. The rooms were pristine and completely dust-free. The whirlpool tub was spotless and the jets worked great, though my only tiny critique is that I wished the jet pressure was just a little bit stronger. The Service & Food The complimentary breakfast and dinner (their 5:30 Kickback!) were both delicious, and the entire staff was so impressive. However, the absolute highlights of our entire trip were Isaiah and "Big Redhead" who ran the kitchen and bar. They served us both nights and were incredibly welcoming. The Wings (A Buffalo-Approved Miracle) We are from Buffalo, New York, so our standards for chicken wings are notoriously high. The wings Isaiah served us were absolute perfection—light, perfectly seasoned, and not overly breaded, salty, or too crispy. I straight-up told him that I wish Buffalo made wings the way he does! If I could give this Drury location 10 stars, I would. We will absolutely be back the next time we're in the Charlotte area!

The hotel is awesome! This is my second stay here, and what makes it truly spectacular is the exceptional hospitality. The General Manager, Mrs. Leola, walks around during breakfast greeting guests, saying good morning, and checking on everyone's stay. Her personal attention and genuine care make all the difference. Keep up the great work, Mrs. Leola! I look forward to staying here again. ?????

Stayed here for a week and I must say we were very impressed. The location is by the mall which was convenient, it’s right off the interstate easy to access anywhere we wanted to go. Everyone that we came in contact with was very nice and helpful. The hotel was super clean. The breakfast was amazing, I loved the kick back after 530 it was always a different meal everyday. The drinks at the bar were great. The whole decor of the hotel was very nice and up-to-date. Highly recommend.

Rooms were super comfortable, clean and spacious. They serve free dinner buffet style. And free breakfast buffet style. They also have a restaurant that’s open. You get 2 free alcoholic drinks as well. We really enjoyed our stay. The only reasons I am giving it 4 instead of 5 is the food was genuinely not good. It was free which is great but the “buffet” was hot dogs, tortilla shells and chicken … then for breakfast it was eggs and muffins. I am so greatful it was free however it was extremely bad. We were excited for a buffet style as we had a concert that night and didn’t wanna buy expensive stadium food. But it was legit 3 options and very cheap bland food. The free alcohol was also about a half cup size and had 5 options. It is a great idea and again LOVE the fact that it’s free but very very cheap and not good.

Rooms: We chose a nice sized room. We noticed significant space that could be used better (i.e. long bathroom area but only one bathroom sink; kitchenette area could be cleaned up some and have a stove or hot plate area added but is still nice with the mircorwave and refrigerator). Service: Breakfast buffet and evening "Kickback" with drink tickets and the convenient bar and restaraunt is very nice. They also open sone of this to "unregistered guest" for a fair price. Location: The place is slightly hidden next to a mall. Nothing spectacular if looking for views but also very convenient for the purpose of our visit.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but non that check all the boxes like this one. The complimentary dinner(with 2 alcoholic beverages included) AND breakfast, was EXCEPTIONAL for a hotel service. The staffs hospitality was through the roof! Lastly, the cleanliness…I love and appreciate a comfy clean room! Thank you to all team members for the hard work and care you put in to ensuring a lovely stay. Definitely will be back again!!??

Very clean! Lots of kind, attentive staff always available to assist with anything! What i am guessing was the hotel manager, a woman with short hair, was always around checking on everyone and a genuinely kind, friendly woman (wish I would've caught her name). And then the kitchen manager (believe his name is Curtis) was SO nice!! Very personable, truly enjoyed his company and attention to detail. The dinner and breakfast were included and each were VERY good spreads with lots of options!! The mall was directly across the street. We would DEF return!!! I would give more then 5 stars if I could!! Ty staff!!

Very pleasant experience! Hotel and rooms very clean, nice, and well put together food is phenomenal. Room was much bigger than expected which was a plus, staff very friendly. Love how it was right across from the mall will stay at another Drury if available

Rooms are clean and comfortable, pool and hot tub was clean. Staff is super friendly, Keisha at the front desk was especially great and extremely helpful. She remembered us by name each time we went through the lobby and asked about our day. We will be staying here again in the future for sure.

Blown away by the exceptional service and food. FREE buffet styled breakfast AND dinner. What hotel (other than an all-inclusive) offers both meals for FREE. Every employee went above and beyond as if it was "natural" to them. The amount of diverse guests is proof this is a must hotel to stay at. We will return! Simpson Family
