Tina at the front desk has amazing customer service. She asked about my stay, listened to my concerns and made me feel better. Although the problem that existed with the room was not her fault, she still made accommodations. This is true leadership and compassion. She could show many how to properly tend to customers. Thank you so much Tina. Keep being the person that you are. You inspire me to keep going as well.

Do not stay here. Absolutely disgusting room conditions! The floors to our room had caked on food, there was hair and dirt everywhere, and the sheets had stains. The floor is coming apart everywhere and the bedding was pilling. We walked in and immediately walked right back out. The manager tried to assure us that “not every room is like that”, but the lobby counter had caked on food, the elevator looks like it’s never been swept, and the whole hotel smells like mildew. If these are the areas we can see, imagine how filthy it is behind the scenes.

This hotel was nasty. My room was dirty, and we checked in so late that we got into our Pjs and went to sleep when I woke up in the morning, I could see the shower was dirty, and had so much hair from the previous stay, the floor had not been mopped in weeks. as you can see from my photo that was just a towel and water. When I went to tell the front desk, he didn't even look at me he said thanks for letting me know. No apologies or anything. I tried to reach out to Priceline, and they were no help. I will never stay here again! The breakfast was okay, my son liked it so, I guess that's something.

Fantastic experience overall. The rooms are awesome and recently renovated, giving a fresh and modern feel. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for everyone. The staff and management were extremely friendly and professional. Great place to stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room looked brand new and was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of tasty options. The staff and management were welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

Charlotte, the breakfast lady at this hotel, absolutely made our morning. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to be there it felt like being greeted by family. She kept everything stocked, clean, and made sure everyone was taken care of with a smile. Her positive attitude set the tone for the whole day. Employees like Charlotte are the reason people come back. She’s truly a gem!! give her a raise!!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all. It smelled terrible. The room was not cleaned properly. A copy of someone else's driver's license was on the counter when I checked in. The bed looked like someone had been sitting on it. The people across the hall from me where sooooo loud it was ridiculous. I asked for a receipt and was informed it would only show what I paid right then, but would not include a breakdown. There was a 100 deposit required. The receipt was never provided. I left after trying to stay for an hour. I will never return to this location again.

We had stayed here before. Are son that has special needs left his switch, games, and case in the room. When we returned home my son said he could not find it. We called the hotel and asked if they had found it. They said they had it they said we needed to get a pick up order to mail it back. Unfortunately we had medical emergency come up with two people in are family and was unable to get a pick up order I called back and asked if we could pick it up when we returned in December. The manager Mrs. A. Williams said they would hold it for us and that they still had it. We returned in Dec. and when checking in we asked the front desk for the manager and for the switch that they said they had. The manager was going to eat dinner and said she would be back. The girl at the desk could not find it. When the manager returned we checked back in and the manager said she could not find that she knows it is there and asked if we could give here tell the morning before we checked out. We waited till morning, went to the desk. The gentleman Zion that was at the desk, said that they could not find it that the Manager was not there and he confirmed our name and address and phone number for the manager. The manager never called us back. The switch is not been found. And when calling back the next day, the manager refused to even talk to us and had another man by the name of Ron inform us to go ahead and file a police report for stolen property.

My wife and I have been traveling to Charlotte from Savannah GA almost weekly for the past couple of months and having to get a hotel for one night. The first weekend we stayed we were on the 2nd floor room 208 I believe, very nice room, very clean, large, a lot of room loved it. The next weekend we went up we were on the first floor room 105 I believe. The floor was coming apart in the seams, it bubbled as you stepped on it, the room was significantly smaller, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty when I tried to use them, the toilet was not clean. But the part that made no sense was we paid more money to be on the first room in a smaller room that was not as nice?

This hotel is easy to access, very clean and nicely decorated. Some of the furniture is showing wear at edges but everything I personally experienced was comfortable. The woman who staffed the breakfast buffett, Charlotte, is just wonderful and deserves to be commended. Charlotte is warm and professional. She does a great job of keeping the food items stocked and checking in on guests to see if they need anything. Her friendly and professional demeanor just made me start my day with a smile. Comfort Suites Northlake is lucky to have her as an employee.
