First and foremost I would like to give MIKE AND ONLY MIKE his props he made sure to handle my needs as the hotel itself had me in shambles. The women in the staff are RUDE , unclean beds , washcloths , and towels, pool was out of service and so was the elevator , breakfast was not good, then I had bedbugs in my room because they do not clean properly me and my friend had to wash EVERYTHING ! When I expressed this to the WOMEN of the staff they simply didn’t care at all NONE OF THEM. Even going to the desk was a hassle as they like to sit outside in their phones while I waited at the desk for 10-15 minutes or giving a phone call the women were RUDE AS HELL over the phone . The men of the staff were helpful and more caring thankfully making me feel a bit better I suggested an entire new staff of women because it was so ridiculous LOL ! But thank you Mike for helping me and making sure I was compensated for the early leave you were very helpful!

The rooms were clean and comfortable but the staff made this location stand out. The person checking us in was very professional with a disgruntled guest on the phone. She remained very calm and then immediately took care of us with a smile without missing a beat. The breakfast was very good. The lady maintaining the breakfast greeted us and was constantly restocking and cleaning so everyone was satisfied. You could tell she cared about the quality of the products she was serving. We would definitely stay again.

This was such an enjoyable stay. The front desk staff was very nice. Easy check-in. The lobby & breakfast area was very clean. The room was very comfortable & just as shown. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room a/c worked great & gave a great night's sleep. Bathroom &room was very clean with plenty of hot water. Area felt safe & secure. If in the Charlotte area, this is a best choice for great price. ??

Good for a quick stop over night when on a passing through road trip. Room was clean, but toilet ran several times and is in need of repair. Only one person at the counter when checking in, leading to a backup of service. Mind you it was around midnight, but several people were coming to check in still, even at that hour.

Staff was courteous to us the entire time and they facilitated us late at night with our three children. I am pregnant with one on the way :-) and I feel blessed because these people were absolutely kind and they were Christian as well to my surprise! And a wonderful woman brought us the things we needed in the evening, and a gentleman named Zion specifically was more than kind to us. He saw our little ones and he said, hang on a second and he made sure that he went and grabbed some of his own snacks and gave them to our children:-) what a wonderful place definitely worth this day for the price and the staff were actually kind hearted. I can’t say anymore. God bless you all.

We were greeted by Zion who got us checked in right away and was friendly. We went up to our room which we surprisingly was even better than the Hampton Inn. Marilyn was so sweet to us making sure we got some breakfast minutes before 9am. Tina was so pleasant as she checked is out. She had a very positive attitude and made us at home. Key employees that build a solid foundation for the hotel business. From start to finish we would come back again and again. Thank you!!

Tina at the front desk has amazing customer service. She asked about my stay, listened to my concerns and made me feel better. Although the problem that existed with the room was not her fault, she still made accommodations. This is true leadership and compassion. She could show many how to properly tend to customers. Thank you so much Tina. Keep being the person that you are. You inspire me to keep going as well.

Do not stay here. Absolutely disgusting room conditions! The floors to our room had caked on food, there was hair and dirt everywhere, and the sheets had stains. The floor is coming apart everywhere and the bedding was pilling. We walked in and immediately walked right back out. The manager tried to assure us that “not every room is like that”, but the lobby counter had caked on food, the elevator looks like it’s never been swept, and the whole hotel smells like mildew. If these are the areas we can see, imagine how filthy it is behind the scenes.

This hotel was nasty. My room was dirty, and we checked in so late that we got into our Pjs and went to sleep when I woke up in the morning, I could see the shower was dirty, and had so much hair from the previous stay, the floor had not been mopped in weeks. as you can see from my photo that was just a towel and water. When I went to tell the front desk, he didn't even look at me he said thanks for letting me know. No apologies or anything. I tried to reach out to Priceline, and they were no help. I will never stay here again! The breakfast was okay, my son liked it so, I guess that's something.

Fantastic experience overall. The rooms are awesome and recently renovated, giving a fresh and modern feel. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for everyone. The staff and management were extremely friendly and professional. Great place to stay.
