Arrived 3pm this past Saturday. Aug 8, 2026..Wonderful place all around! Easy valet parking$55 for the night. Great service for easy payment and departure. The Hyatt was a great experience. Room was nice and clean, sunlight, kitchenette, modern bathroom, plenty of water pressure and hot water. Full size refrigerator. Large open area with comfortable king size bed. Individual thermostat for nice and quiet AC unit. I wish I could have stayed longer..Had some issues at home and had to change to just 1 night instead of 3. Location was right smack where things were going on in the city. Spectrum center next store( went to Bryan Adams concert), walked to local restaurant for lunch. Bar service and cocktails I was happy with. Breakfast buffet was included. Excellent !! Coffee great, fresh eggs, pancakes, bacon, home fries, bread, bagels, cereals, fresh fruit ,yogurt and staff was serving us up quick.. ONLY STAY HERE ITS WORTH IT!!

Super good location. Right next to the Spectrum Center. Close 10 minute walk to several restaurants. The Midnight Diner is right across the street. Merts and Amelie's are within walking distance. We took a Historical tour and it meets right in front of Amelie's. There was a free breakfast and the hotel was full while we were there. The staff was pretty friendly and everything was clean. Ud stay again, especially if I booked another concert. Overall well pleased. Parking is expensive, but that's always the case in Charlotte.?

Everything is great EXCEPT, the lobby area, with its spacious bar, seating, tv’s, and ambience has a broken cooling system….It’s hot and even the bar staff complain about the hot and sweaty environment. The location would only be great if you had a rental car to travel anywhere…..but that rental will cost you an extra $55/daily just for parking. If you don’t plan to hang out in the lobby, bar, or anywhere besides your room, this place is great.

3 starts d/t: Let's start with a lobby/bar/breakfast area that purposefully doesn't have AC. Um, owners, you are in the south. Get AC. And price gauging at the bar for a drink is so not ok - $20 for a cheap drink. No we didn't have a drink there. And now let's talk about the lack of transparency for parking - $55/day. You don't self park, you have to use the valet. Car drop off is cumbersome at best and backs into the street if more than 2 cars want to park. Parking attendants were friendly, worked hard and quickly given the system. General staff was also friendly. Room was fine, clean, as expected for a Hyatt.

Wonderful overnight stay. Darius gave exceptional customer service during check in and check out. One of the rooms had a minor electrical issue- Darius called maintenance and they fixed immediately. The rooms were very nice, great amenities, and city view. I will definitely book again.

What Catriya said! Darius was a gem! What a beautiful human being. Room was great. Valet personnel were great. $55 a night parking is pretty expensive, but it wasn't worth deducting a star. The bartender was also amazing. Great time and would stay again.

My husband and I have to say that the staff and room far exceeded expectations! Stayed in suite with balcony. Large room, very clean, nice views, and comfy bed. Staff....From valet, to front desk, to kitchen. Every single person has been great!! Accommodating, personable, friendly, fun, and always with smiles. We're allowed to have our favorite and her name is DENIA at the reception desk! What a doll and what a credit to #Hyatt! Excellent hire and perfect example of what hotel staffers should do. Staff like that of Hyatt House Center City, Charlotte, NC need to be commended for such great work! #Hyatt should be very proud of this location!!! Thank you for making our stay so great.

Check in was super easy. The hotel was neat and clean when we got here, with everything how we needed it. The bar staff were super friendly and food was amazing! Darius did an amazing job checking us in and making sure everything was going great! He is so nice and caring! Would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay here! The rooms were clean and great sizes, the staff were all so nice, and the location was great; I walked to a lot of fun things to do like the NASCAR Hall of Fame and lots of parks. I also did the Charlotte Liberty Walk. The free breakfast was great. I also used the gym a couple of days, no complaints there. The only issues I faced were 1) one night, the kitchen didn't have a bunch of menu items available, but that was fine, and 2) my room faced the transit station which was fairly loud, even being on the 11th floor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Stayed here last night. Checked in at 11:30 AM checked out this morning at 8:30 wasn’t there even 24 hours and had personal property stolen from my car. You have to use valet. There isn’t space to pull up and take your time unloading so it’s a rushed experience and when you think you can trust these guys, I learned today sadly you can’t. My husband tipped the guy when taking the car and tipped again after bringing it back and he still stole. Police report filed. Very disappointing. Was told they don’t have cameras in parking garage. Red flag. Valet company not affiliated with hotel. Red flag.
