What Catriya said! Darius was a gem! What a beautiful human being. Room was great. Valet personnel were great. $55 a night parking is pretty expensive, but it wasn't worth deducting a star. The bartender was also amazing. Great time and would stay again.

My husband and I have to say that the staff and room far exceeded expectations! Stayed in suite with balcony. Large room, very clean, nice views, and comfy bed. Staff....From valet, to front desk, to kitchen. Every single person has been great!! Accommodating, personable, friendly, fun, and always with smiles. We're allowed to have our favorite and her name is DENIA at the reception desk! What a doll and what a credit to #Hyatt! Excellent hire and perfect example of what hotel staffers should do. Staff like that of Hyatt House Center City, Charlotte, NC need to be commended for such great work! #Hyatt should be very proud of this location!!! Thank you for making our stay so great.

Check in was super easy. The hotel was neat and clean when we got here, with everything how we needed it. The bar staff were super friendly and food was amazing! Darius did an amazing job checking us in and making sure everything was going great! He is so nice and caring! Would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay here! The rooms were clean and great sizes, the staff were all so nice, and the location was great; I walked to a lot of fun things to do like the NASCAR Hall of Fame and lots of parks. I also did the Charlotte Liberty Walk. The free breakfast was great. I also used the gym a couple of days, no complaints there. The only issues I faced were 1) one night, the kitchen didn't have a bunch of menu items available, but that was fine, and 2) my room faced the transit station which was fairly loud, even being on the 11th floor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Stayed here last night. Checked in at 11:30 AM checked out this morning at 8:30 wasn’t there even 24 hours and had personal property stolen from my car. You have to use valet. There isn’t space to pull up and take your time unloading so it’s a rushed experience and when you think you can trust these guys, I learned today sadly you can’t. My husband tipped the guy when taking the car and tipped again after bringing it back and he still stole. Police report filed. Very disappointing. Was told they don’t have cameras in parking garage. Red flag. Valet company not affiliated with hotel. Red flag.

Do not stay here if you think it's an easy option for an event at the spectrum center. I booked this place thinking it would make my life easier and it was absolute hell. We had a Charlotte hornets game at 1:00 p.m. so we arrived at 12 :00 noon and asked to pay to park. They looked at me like I was crazy and said they could not accommodate parking as they had to evacuate everyone else in the parking deck because they were full the night before. I'm not sure what the hotel being full the night before has to do with me but all I wanted to do was park my car and pay for it. I saw 20 people leave but they still would not park my car. In the end I ended up paying to park somewhere else and I paid to park here which makes no sense. So I paid to park twice and ended up having to walk from a different part of the city just to get back to my hotel which I also already paid for. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at because of the lack of convenience which could have been convenient. The parking attendants were rude. Just stay somewhere else cheaper and pay park, because you never know if some other event that you're not a part of will keep you from parking at the hotel you're staying at for your event.

So far, so good. Checked in early. Nice room with a decent view. Staff is amazing. Very accommodating. Only negative was the Valet. They charged me for parking even though the reservation to the hotel included parking. Front staff was helpful but the AGM didn't return my email on the issue. The Hyatt Customer Service number, Chat, Customer Relations, etc... didn't help and referred me back to the actual hotel. Why have online help if in fact you do not helpm Took about a week to get someone helpful which I was reimbursed 95% of the charges. But not all. This valet issue will become problematic unless it is address with management and will turn a wonderful experience into a mediocre experience at best.

I had an amazing five-night stay at this hotel. They really went above and beyond to make me feel safe as a solo woman traveler. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff were polite and understanding of all my requests. Thank you for a great stay, the breakfast was also really good.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. I stayed here on business in the presidential suite and was extremely impressed with the decor and service. The pool was conveniently located on my floor. It was nice to be so close to the pool. My suite had a large terrace with a wonderful view of the city. The highlight of my stay was breakfast. Everything was top quality, fresh eggs, fruits, bacon juices and coffee. Not your typical hotel breakfast at all!

The staff was very kind and respectful, despite being overwhelmed. The food was good quality and the facilities were very clean. the room was a little older, but overall not bad. I had a great stay. I lost an item and the staff helped me return it, they were very curious and respectful which I honor greatly. I am thankful to the staff who made my stay well and Marley, who helped me set up shipping for my package. Highly recommend if you want to have a friend's night vacation!
