I stayed here for two nights on a work trip along with my co-worker. The hotel looks great upon entry, but I quickly found my toilet to cycle on/off about every 30-45 seconds. I reported it to the front desk attendant, who I heard call maintenance. I then went to work for a period, then to dinner, but I found the toilet to still be cycling on/off after I returned. I reported it again the following morning and was told that maintenance did look at it, but found nothing wrong. This simply can’t be true because it was still cycling on/off about every 30-45 seconds. This is an easy fix with a $5 part, so I have no idea why it couldn’t be done. Trying to sleep with your toilet cycling on and off is practically impossible! Secondly, there were what appeared to be spills on the tile floor at the entrance to my room. They were very obvious, and should have easily been addressed by housekeeping, which, by the way, only comes every other day. I know that’s kindof the standard now, but the room prices certainly haven’t been adjusted based on that reduced level of service. The last issue is that this hotel apparently doesn’t offer a complimentary continental breakfast like most other hotels. I was quickly “reminded” that the continental breakfast was $9.95, but all I wanted was a breakfast bar. This just seems a little outrageous for a nearly $200/night hotel. I’ll be going to the Charlotte area more frequently for work, but this has helped me to at least rule out this hotel as a place to stay.

his reason I gave three stars. Room was good. The service was good. The problem was they had a major convention I was brought in as a trainer for an Internet was out, and I truly don’t believe they made every effort to dissolve it fast enough. It was a two day conference that completely relied on Internet and it was out for a day and a half.

Great hotel and all amenities and services were great. We didn't get a chance to use the pool service as it was cold on the day we visited. Location is convenient for all major restaurants and malls. Breakfast service team crew especially (Tandal) was very helpful assisting the Food, Menu details. Overall great experience. Thank you.

Not only is this property very nicely appointed, but the onsite team is first rate! Despite being there for the saddest of occasions (i.g., a funeral) the onsite team, namely Char, Halima, Shayla, Angel and others, made the time there feel like home away from home. They got this right from top to bottom. I highly recommend this property when in the Concord Mills area as the team does a phenomenal job ensuring guests are cared for. I also highly suggest the team be compensated accordingly for the OUTSTANDING job they each do every day (corporate...please take note!)

Chinay Moore, at the front desk made my first stay with family at this hotel an excellent one! She was professional, patient, kind and thorough, ensuring everything was clearly explained and handled smoothly no matter how many questions I had. Her welcoming attitude and attention to detail immediately set a high standard for the property. As someone in customer service and sales, I can say with confidence that employees like Chinay directly impact guest satisfaction, repeat business, and overall hotel ratings. She is a strong asset to this team and deserves formal recognition from management for her performance with a raise and bonus! Without her, it could be not only a direct impact to the hotel which would limit high reviews, yet it could hinder customers as myself from returning. Thank you for hiring Chinay Moore!

The location was amazing and easily the best part of the stay. There were some nearby food places and local stores. Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing. While the room was large and accessible, the service was unprofessional. Housekeeping failed to properly clean the room. Only one bed was changed instead of both, the trash was not taken out, and nothing else was cleaned. The room itself also had several issues. The curtain was not working, the air conditioner was manual, and they also charged for WiFi, which is unreasonable. The pool heater was BROKEN. We were told it was supposed to be repaired, but it never was. With temperatures below freezing, the pool was completely unusable, which is unacceptable for a standard hotel amenity. Because of all these issues, this is the reason we left a day early. I would not recommend staying here.

Our room was fantastic! Separate seating area from the bedroom, very clean & comfortable. Andrea at the bar was such a gem and food & drinks were well priced and tasty! Outside seating area with fireplace was a nice bonus after a long 70° November day. Well stocked food & drink pantry and friendly fellow guests. Best stay we’ve had in this area!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff. Two individuals, in particular, stood out during my visit—Gianni at the front desk and Shayla, who served as a waitress during breakfast. From the moment my family and I arrived, Gianni greeted us with warmth and professionalism. His welcoming demeanor, courteous nature, and genuine hospitality made our check-in experience seamless and pleasant. He was attentive, kind, and ensured that we felt valued as guests. Shayla, who assisted us in the dining area, was equally outstanding. She provided impeccable service, ensuring our orders were delivered promptly and that our glasses were always filled. Her friendly and accommodating attitude made our dining experience truly enjoyable. She handled every request with a smile and demonstrated a level of professionalism that is commendable. Additionally, her supervisor, Mr. Norbert, was also very kind and welcoming. Overall, the staff at this hotel exceeded my expectations. Their dedication to outstanding customer service creates an inviting and memorable experience for guests. Whenever I return to Charlotte, this will undoubtedly be my preferred hotel, and I will highly recommend it to my family, friends, and colleagues.

Super nice place. We are here for my fiance's job, and this is where staying. The food is really good at the bar. Customer service has been great. He's gonna be here 8 weeks, so I'll keep you posted

I am pleasantly surprised. The staff is extremely attentive. Everything is super clean. They have breakfast available however, it's only included in some room reservations. Rooms are equipped with mini fridge and a microwave. This is a great amenity! There is a bar that serves food too in the evening. This hotel only provides room service every other day. If you are looking for a hotel in the area this is an excellent choice.
