There were a lot of cockroaches ? all over the kitchen. There is no front office for coffee or snacks. Floor was filthy dirty. The bathroom sink was clogged. The refrigerator door was stuck, hitting the sink . Garbage was everywhere outside and around the facility. No visible trash cans on exterior. The owner/maintenance man was nice and fixed the sink. The rest of the staff are very unfriendly. The price for the one night was good, though.

I was extremely shocked about how nice this place was for the price. There were hotels right next door for double. The desk personnel was so nice and helpful. I stayed the weekend. The location was amazing for what I needed. For such a great price I always wonder about safety, cleanliness, condition, and such. It was so well lit up, as a single woman alone, I felt so safe. The bed was super comfy and actually had the best reception on TV and variety of channels I’ve seen in awhile. I would HIGHLY recommend this place, whether for 1 night or several.

A lovely "home away from home experience" thanks to Ms. Coco in guest services. She excelled in hospitality, professionalism & had knowledge of the city that was helpful to me since it was my first time to Charlotte. My room (see pics I posted) was more like a Studio Apartment, I loved it! The charming property grounds were well maintained: the trees, shrubbery and flowers made a lovely ambiance. I would definitely lodge there in the future if I traveled to Charlotte again. Thank you Extended Stay, you rock! Ms. Yvonne

I was in a difficult situation while awaiting move in to my new apartment. I chose this location due to proximity to the highway, as I am a travel nurse, and it makes it an easy commute for me. Upon arrival, I was distressed to say the least. I had worked a 13 hour shift, and drove 2 hours to the news my home wasn't ready. Well Tyler the staff member who assisted us went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable with our accommodations, as well as just a super friendly attitude that honestly turned my whole day around! Entering my room, it was clean and quiet. The staff has been more than helpful, and I've been greeted with a friendly helpful face with each encounter! Thank you Tyler and staff at the ESA Airport location. We appreciate you!

I am a travel nurse, and I was hesitant to stay here due to the other comments. I’m going on my second week here I could not be more happy with this location. The people at the front desk are spectacular accommodated me with a smile on their face. I’ve never had a problem. I’ve never had any issue with anybody around me no noise complaints absolutely the best there a laundry room on site stores right down the road and again, the office staff excellent I have a long stay here and I know it’s gonna be a great stay

RUN THE OTHER WAY. Got to the hotel at 10pm and the lights were off and door was locked at the office.. had the employee on the other side just staring at us like he was waiting for us to go away or something.. told if we wanted to stay until 1pm there would be no charge because we arrived very late. AFTER paying the $150 deposit (which was not explained prior to booking the room) we were informed there’s no breakfast even though it says there is. Get handed our keys and told the wrong door #…. Had to go DOOR TO DOOR trying the key because the employee had locked the office doors and left again and no one would answer the phone. Get to the “non smoking room” only to open the door and get the HUGEST whiff of smoke, walked in and my feet were sticking to the floor because of how dirty it was.. table top was covered in something sticky, bathroom counters had ashes and burn marks all over them, the shower barely had water coming out.. no ice cube maker and to make it worse the water in the kitchen wouldn’t get cold at all..? tried to contact the front after entering the room to get refund or the room switched and no answer.. on top of all of that, this hotel has a bunch of crackheads living there who stay up all night and be screaming outside and slamming doors and not caring about other people sleeping!!! I had to wait until the next morning to contact corporate about everything which they in turn told me I will not receive any refund. The general manager Kimberly, came and knocked on our door and we informed her that we were told by HER employee that we would be allowed to stay until 1pm because we arrived so late, only for her to tell us 1.5 hours PAST the normal 11am CHECKOUT TIME that we will be charged for the two hours we were there past when we would not have stayed past 11am if we knew we would be charged for it!!!! Beware of this hotel and honestly just pay the extra $15-$30 to get a nicer and cleaner hotel or be prepared to be sleeping with the roaches!!
