The customer service was great. The room was clean. Breakfast was food. The bartender Chris, was fantastic. He saw us looking around because we were checking out the location for a family reunion but our appointment was in the morning. He took it upon himself to let us see the banquet room which was locked. He was beyond accommodating. He also made delicious cocktails.

Upon arrival, Saliaka checked me in. She was very pleasant and made sure to inform me of the times and locations for breakfast and the complimentary evening reception. The room is clean and spacious, which I’m very happy about. The facility is well maintained throughout. The only complaint I have is that the snacks during the reception were not replenished at all during the last hour or so we didn’t get to enjoy that part of our experience. We still have one night left so hopefully we will get to see what snacks are offered then.

I stayed here a few weekends back for a soccer trip. I wanted to say just how great Casey (I think that’s his name. Red headed bartender with a beard) is at his job. Both nights I was there, he worked the happy hour shift all the way through close. He was exceptional. He handled the happy hour crowd efficiently and with a smile, a still has the same smile and hospitality 6 hours later. He is exactly what hospitality and customer service should I be! I can’t say enough good things about Casey!

This place is like my home away from home. I have been here for the past 3 weeks for work and it has been amazing. Everyone is so nice, the hotel is so clean. The bar area is great as well, Chris is wonderful per the norm. Each night that you stay you get two free drinks. It's so nice to just mingle. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Charlotte. Love it!

The experience at this hotel was awesome. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and professional. We went to the bar and met Chris, he was Awesome! Very welcoming and made sure to acknowledge everyone at the bar! He made sure to keep the drinks flowing, and everyone included all together. My one and only issue is that we stayed at the time of a kids tournament of some kind. But all in all we will definitely be visiting this hotel again in the future, hopefully when there aren't any tournaments.

Amazing experience. Clean rooms, respectful staff, DELICIOUS breakfast, well organized, multiple choices, and food well prepared. SPECIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT to the kindness of greeterJoann, to the assistance of Maryelsa, to the pleasantries of Omar as he prepared my omelette and ultimately the attentiveness and oversight of Gloria. Fantastic staff!!! Each deserves promotions & raises. All things far exceeded expectations!!!!

We stayed there my wife son and baby. Skyye went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She’s everything you want in a manager. Hilton is lucky to have her and her wonderful staff. The staff is so friendly. The rooms are spotless. This is the most well run hotel we have stayed at. We will be back!!

Room was clean and nice. Great sized rooms! Awesome bar and with an amazing area to work in. Loved Chris at the bar!!!! He’s a bartender who is very attentive and great to chat with. Awesome experience!! Highly recommend.

I recently booked this hotel December 18, 2025 thru December 20, 2025. Upon entrance of the hotel, the smell was calming and relaxing. A great fragrance is everything when initially checking into a hotel. The breakfast was amazing! The ladies...especially the hostess, that greets you once entering the restaurant for breakfast, was upbeat and greeted everyone entering. The breakfast service was hands-down the best! The location is convenient and accessible to alot restaurants and shopping outlets.

?????????? Excellent Service From Tony! Tony at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. We arrived and realized there was an issue with the type of room we had booked. Tony took the time to understand the situation and handled everything quickly, kindly, and professionally. He made what could have been a stressful moment completely effortless for us. While waiting, I also saw him helping another family whose room wasn’t ready yet, and he was just as calm, patient, and polite with them. His customer service is truly outstanding. Tony is a real asset to the hotel — he set the tone for a great stay!
