I personally love the Drury Inn & Suites chain, and this location in Charlotte, North Carolina, did not disappoint. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. One of my favorite things about staying at Drury is the complimentary breakfast and evening snacks, and everything was just as good as expected. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Yasmeen, who checked us in, was super sweet and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and asked how we were doing, which made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting the Charlotte area!

I am absolutely impressed with this hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I've never heard of anything like a 5:30 kickback before, but I can tell you I'm only staying at a Drury because of this. The food is excellent! I'm extremely satisfied with my double queen bed room. Very comfortable beds. The rooms are a decent size. My only true complaint is the size of the small refrigerator. The pool area is fantastic and the hot tub is perfect for after that long road trip or flight.

The staff was so helpful and kind. The happy hour was so great as we arrived to the hotel. My kids and I were fed and comfortable. We got a king suite, which was perfect for being in the same room with the kids but giving them privacy with a door between us. Nice! Super comfortable bed, too.

We’ve never stay at this brand of hotel, I wasn’t expecting much and was very surprised. Staff at desk and ALL service workers were very polite, actually smiling and making eye contact. I didn’t read up on the hotel so I was surprised by the evening free meal, we had bbq sliders, salad, baked potato, baked beans, drinks and that free popcorn made me so happy after being stuck in the car so long and it was delicious and fresh! Free breakfast for the win. I will absolutely look for this hotel brand for my next stay!!

Not worth the $160/night before taxes. Reeked of weed 24/7, manager never approached me or said hello once during my 3wk stay Claudette in the kitchen area was incredible. Late night front desk was incredible. Lots of parking.

Well worth it. Embassy suites quality with slightly smaller rooms. Rooms are clean, staff is nice, and there's a hot tub. You get breakfast and dinner every night you stay and 2 free drinks on your first day. If you don't want what they are serving that day, then you can either walk across the street to the all you can eat sushi or across the parking lot to Fridays.

I went to see my kiddo at UNC and spent a night here. They offered a snack and free drinks from the bar from 5pm to 7pm. The snack was a full blown dinner buffet and took care of dinner for us! We had a great time in the hot tub and pool. In the morning the complimentary breakfast was really great also. Would highly recommend!!

awesome place! clean, great location, friendly staff. a great bang for your buck. breakfast each day, dinner each night including two alcoholic drinks. 100% recommend Drury Inn for any kind of hotel stay.
