Just what we needed. Stranded travel plans. I did call ahead and secure a room, front desk was fantastic. Called back the next day to extend once we understood what we were flying (or not) into. Again, easy and so kind. Room was ready upon arrival, neat and comfortable. Bistro staff was incredible. We asked for dinner rec on day two, great suggestion. From end to end the entire experience was spot on, what an amazing staff.
Booked a room 24 hours in advance and drove 13 hours in order to catch a flight the following morning. We called earlier in the afternoon to advise we would be arriving later in the night due to a full day of driving and to please save our rooms. When we arrived I was told very matter of factly by the front desk person that the hotel was overbooked and the rooms we reserved were not available. I had booked two rooms, one for my wife and I and the second for another couple we were traveling with. No solutions or apologies offered. Ended up going to the airport to sleep on wooden benches. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.
Absolutely wonderful hotel to stay. Very close to the airport with a free shuttle. Our room was extremely clean and had all of the amenities you come to expect. The bistro downstairs serves wonderful food if you should be hungry and not feeling up to going out to get anything. I would definitely stay there again.
Highly recommend! Staff Teresa and Jaleel were extremely accommodating at midnight when our son’s flight was cancelled and we needed a room. I’d give them each 6-stars if I could. It really was a blessing what Teresa did for us and at midnight at that. Their attitudes were great. Thank you Teresa and Jaleel!
?????????? Outstanding Service When We Needed It Most Our flight with American Airlines was canceled late at night, leaving us stranded in the cold with no warning. We arrived at the Marriott exhausted, frustrated, and unsure what we were going to do. That’s when Shanta stepped in — and truly saved the night. Shanta was kind, calm, professional, and incredibly fast, even in the middle of the night. She treated us like people, not problems. She got us checked in quickly, made sure we were warm, and showed genuine care when we needed it most. After a long, cold, stressful night caused by airline cancellations, Shanta turned the entire experience around. Her attitude, empathy, and efficiency are exactly what hospitality is supposed to be. Marriott is lucky to have her. Because of Shanta, we will absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Shanta — you made a bad night end on a high note.
The good news is that it's very close to the airport and the shuttle runs continuously. The shuttle driver was great! Unfortunately, the room was terrible. The toilet lid was broken and instead of repairing it they just glued it together. We had a handicap accessible room, so the sink was outside of the bathroom, but there were no hooks or bars to hang a towel on! The towel rack was inside the separate bathroom! There were huge stains on the carpet, and the room smelled very dank and musty. I asked for extra pillows and they said there weren't any because the hotel was full. So I requested a blanket instead but they were out of those also. We arrived late, after the 10:00 p.m. close of the Starbucks bistro, so we went to the sundry shop/Pantry freezer to get something microwavable, but it was practically empty. Overall it was a terrible stay.
The staff (Kisha, Teresa, Shaeka) were all incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in the door. They were courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful and They made our stay so comfortable and memorable; they truly go above and beyond. We were extremely Impressed by the smooth organization and the positive energy they had especially Teresa. The team's commitment to guest satisfaction is evident in every interaction. Again thank you to you (3)! From the couple traveling to Aspen with all the luggage’s!
Room was clean, typical Courtyard, nothing over the top fancy or luxurious. . Desk personal there could stand to be a little friendlier, it really wouldn't hurt them to be. The one exception was the older gentleman that drove the shuttle to airport, he was SUPER FRIENDLY, a huge plus to that whole establishment. The 2 at the counter could learn something from that nice man.
I stayed here November 18th. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient to the airport, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. The water in my room would not get hot, forcing me to take a cool shower. When I went downstairs to speak with the staff, I was the third person in line asking about the same issue. They offered me a new room, but if the entire hotel was experiencing water problems, I don’t see how that would have solved anything. The staff assured me that the manager would add extra points to my account to make up for the inconvenience, but that has not happened. I have called multiple times and left messages with staff for management to call and follow up adding points, yet no one has returned my calls. While the staff themselves were kind, the lack of follow-through and the unresolved hot water issue made this a very disappointing stay. As a Titanium Elite member I wouldn’t expect empty promises from such an establishment.
After having a very rough week of travel I was openly greeted by the front desk and served a fantastic meal by the bartender Carley she was extremely friendly and welcoming off the bat. she made a suggestion for a meal which was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the menu items, bar drinks, and favorable places to visit around town. A warm bartender like her makes customers come back
