The best stay, in my life. I have stayed at hotels that would wipe your butt and ones that you sleep with your back to the door with your 9mm locked n loaded. Ask for Valerie, tell her Kevin sent you. The absolute best stay.

Stayed here for a week on a business trip. Nice rooms. Very comfortable. Close to freeways. No breakfast served or laundry, but there is a laundromat half mile away and there's restaurants within a 5-minute walking distance. Also close to a mall with a TJ Maxx and CVS, which is helpful. Cynthia and Kennedy at the front desk were extremely helpful when I checked in and very friendly throughout my stay :) Thank you!!

We only stayed for one night and I am very grateful we didn’t have to stay more. There was no one at the desk at check in, after calling the number for assistance a girl showed up in regular clothes to get our room and key! No one there wore a uniform so you didn’t know who was a guest or an employee. Our towels had little black hairs all over them, our comforter had cigarette holes! There was a portable ac unit in the room which was extremely loud! This was not worth what I paid, I would not recommend this hotel if you have high standards! Nice building on the outside but looks like a hole in the wall on the inside.

The rooms are much larger and comfortable than at other hotels of the same price, and most of the premises look recently renovated. This is not a hotel chain but a local business, which offers great value and friendly staff. Pet friendly too! I spent a very restful night with my family in the middle of a long road trip.

I booked this hotel specifically because it was out of the city, hoping to avoid the loud sound of fireworks because of my dog. When checking in I was greeted by Andrea and Miguel who immediately made me feel so welcomed. They asked about plans for the night (it was new years eve) and seemed genuinely interested. When I let them know I had a dog they asked how he was with fireworks and when I told them not good, they immediately moved us to a corner room hoping the less foot traffic would be better for him and it absolutely was! When we got back to the hotel around 2am someone had thrown up in the elevator. The employee (whose name I didn't get) was kind enough to let everyone else use the service elevator so we didn't have to take stairs. Our room key stopped working, they let us know they're really sensitive to magnets, so when we went to get it fixed the same employee stopped what he was doing and helped us. There were people checking in, throw up in the elevator, and guests with problems and this employee was still so kind and patient with everyone. The room was standard, nothing exciting about it. We did stay in a suite so the extra space was nice. Tons of food places nearby so definitely walkable but probably just during the day. The price was really good for the location, us having a suite, and it being new years eve. Really just wanted to leave a review for the service we received while here! 10/10, 5 stars, no notes.

I had a great stay at this hotel and was very happy with both the service and the amenities. The room felt like a one bedroom apartment but at the price of a regular room, which was excellent value for money. The location is very convenient everything is within walking distance, and the area feels safe to walk around at any time. I also really appreciated how walkable the neighborhood is, with many nearby activities, food spots, and places to explore. The amenities met my expectations and made the stay comfortable overall. I would especially like to highlight the excellent customer service I received from the young blonde staff member who was working around 12 PM on 16/12/2025. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful, and truly made a positive impression during my stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Had a great trip to 315 @ LoSo this past weekend. Valerie at the front desk was one of the nicest and most accommodating hotel employees I’ve ever interacted with. Such a pleasure to see her at the front desk in the morning of check out as she made the check in and check out process as seamless as possible. Also Kennedy let me view a few rooms before I checked in to make sure I could have a skyline view of the city. She was great! Had a great night and loved the location near a few breweries and restaurants and of course the light rail. I had an issue a few days later with my card and called back to speak to McKenna and she was pleasant and extremely helpful in making sure everything was correct with my bill. Great staff and great hotel. Will definitely be back soon!

We spend a lot of money here and to be treated like some homeless junkie off the street really has me pissed. So I unfortunately I had to come back and change my review. We are regulars at 315 at loso and every time we come across this particular person behind the desk we get absolutely no help. We tend to show up late when we need a room because of how we travel. We were asked to leave a incidental deposit when it wasn't necessary because we are considered 'regulars'. But when we talked to this particular person she doesn't acknowledge that nor does she attempt to even try to help us when we tell her that we are trying to go through a third party to get the room. She has no problem waving us off and never mind that we've been here over 20 times in the past 3 months. So I give this place a one-star because of that. The service sucks because of this particular person and honestly I do not think I'll be coming back. I will take my repeating business somewhere else and believe me it will be repeating because that's what we do! She has black hair and something stuck in her face that is shiny. By the way we really do like Kennedy, she has always helpful and she has no problem helping us out. Oh and Andrea also she's the one that let us know that we were regulars and she was glad to not ask us for incidentals deposit. Again this person has black hair and something stuck in her face. Poor attitude! Terrible customer service! ??

This was the most comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Bed was comfy. Pillows were comfy sheets were soft and the best sleep. I’ve had in over a week. Your staff was helpful and courteous. I would definitely come back again, but please get the free breakfast started up that would just put the cherry on the Sundae
