Great stay overall. The staff were super accommodating and friendly, especially in helping me get a room after my original hotel gave away my reservation and even saving me some costs. The property had a clean, pleasant atmosphere, though the rooms felt a bit dated for the price in my opinion.

This hotel was perfect. We had an overnight while traveling with our pup. The front desk staff member was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and the beds were so comfy. The little personal touches…a throw blanket on the chair, greenery on the table and in the bathroom. It was welcoming. I would stay again if passing through the area. Side note, it was only $25 for our dog to stay. Others in the area (and I checked several) charged from $86 to $156!!!!)

Would I book twice .. No. When I checked in I was charged a deposit that was never returned and the manager said be it was wing sauce on a hand towel. When it wasn’t she failed to send me pictures to my email after confirming she would. When I arrived I had to go to the front desk twice just to get working keys before I even entered the room. Finally get in the air wasn’t working (82 degree weather). They had to call a maintenance guy to come up and fix it which he did. The rooms across from my mine trash sitting outside the doors my entire stay. The pull out couch had absolutely no linens at all so again we had to wait till some one came up just to bring them. The lady that checked me out told me she couldn’t give me a recipient because the manager wasn’t there and I would have to wait until 1pm to get one. Still no receipt and no deposit. I called to speak with a manager and she explained my deposit was taken because of wing sauce was on a hand towel. Which she never showed proof of it because it never happened. She looked for a reason to take it and she did. So no I will not be booking again here and if you do I think it’s best if you get someone to check your room before you leave the property because it’s no way wing sauce was on anything in room and she never emailed me the proof

The best stay, in my life. I have stayed at hotels that would wipe your butt and ones that you sleep with your back to the door with your 9mm locked n loaded. Ask for Valerie, tell her Kevin sent you. The absolute best stay.

Stayed here for a week on a business trip. Nice rooms. Very comfortable. Close to freeways. No breakfast served or laundry, but there is a laundromat half mile away and there's restaurants within a 5-minute walking distance. Also close to a mall with a TJ Maxx and CVS, which is helpful. Cynthia and Kennedy at the front desk were extremely helpful when I checked in and very friendly throughout my stay :) Thank you!!

We only stayed for one night and I am very grateful we didn’t have to stay more. There was no one at the desk at check in, after calling the number for assistance a girl showed up in regular clothes to get our room and key! No one there wore a uniform so you didn’t know who was a guest or an employee. Our towels had little black hairs all over them, our comforter had cigarette holes! There was a portable ac unit in the room which was extremely loud! This was not worth what I paid, I would not recommend this hotel if you have high standards! Nice building on the outside but looks like a hole in the wall on the inside.

The rooms are much larger and comfortable than at other hotels of the same price, and most of the premises look recently renovated. This is not a hotel chain but a local business, which offers great value and friendly staff. Pet friendly too! I spent a very restful night with my family in the middle of a long road trip.

I booked this hotel specifically because it was out of the city, hoping to avoid the loud sound of fireworks because of my dog. When checking in I was greeted by Andrea and Miguel who immediately made me feel so welcomed. They asked about plans for the night (it was new years eve) and seemed genuinely interested. When I let them know I had a dog they asked how he was with fireworks and when I told them not good, they immediately moved us to a corner room hoping the less foot traffic would be better for him and it absolutely was! When we got back to the hotel around 2am someone had thrown up in the elevator. The employee (whose name I didn't get) was kind enough to let everyone else use the service elevator so we didn't have to take stairs. Our room key stopped working, they let us know they're really sensitive to magnets, so when we went to get it fixed the same employee stopped what he was doing and helped us. There were people checking in, throw up in the elevator, and guests with problems and this employee was still so kind and patient with everyone. The room was standard, nothing exciting about it. We did stay in a suite so the extra space was nice. Tons of food places nearby so definitely walkable but probably just during the day. The price was really good for the location, us having a suite, and it being new years eve. Really just wanted to leave a review for the service we received while here! 10/10, 5 stars, no notes.

I had a great stay at this hotel and was very happy with both the service and the amenities. The room felt like a one bedroom apartment but at the price of a regular room, which was excellent value for money. The location is very convenient everything is within walking distance, and the area feels safe to walk around at any time. I also really appreciated how walkable the neighborhood is, with many nearby activities, food spots, and places to explore. The amenities met my expectations and made the stay comfortable overall. I would especially like to highlight the excellent customer service I received from the young blonde staff member who was working around 12 PM on 16/12/2025. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful, and truly made a positive impression during my stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I had a great experience at 315 @ LoSo. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and genuinely understanding throughout my stay. They made everything feel easy and stress-free. Check-in was simple, quick, and efficient, and check-out was even easier. The whole process felt smooth and well organized. Overall, I really appreciated the quality of service and the comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!
